Went to pick up a box truck. Told me they didn't have a floor dolly even though I reserved one with the truck. I canceled my pick up on the spot. Then I forgot my ID there. So I drove back. I took 15 20 min to get back and there were floor dollies. So I'm getting a truck from home depot tomorrow. And I don't mind paying little extra when people are upfront with me.

I don't normally do reviews, but thought I'd make the effort as I had such a great experience. the people behind the counter the lady who served me was very helpful. the guys around the back when I picked up the trailer were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I noticed a couple of dents in the trailer and the chap put on some stickers to acknowledge they were there. the return process was also very easy. all in all a very good experience I would recommend them to anyone.

It’s been a while since I rented a U-Haul, this is the second time I’ve used this location. Everything went smoothly no issues or problems. Everyone was helpful.

The tech helped me load and unload the trailer from my car. Timothy was a kind and patient guy that was very personable. Will rent again in the future.

Veronica and the other woman whose name I didn't catch (sorry!) at 10 this morning were great while I was picking up my truck reservation. It was busy busy, and the service they gave was very friendly and very kind to everyone! Yay!

Disappointed but not surprised. Unable to buy wrapping paper because the door seems to have been locked at least one minute early. Unable to buy from here to wrap gifts.

Comfortable vehicle, cruise control, great gas mileage. The toll fee was very reasonable from u-haul and made a big impact for me to use them again and recommend them. The weekly rate was the best way to go for me. The moving blankets and appliance dolly were all in excellent condition.
