After booking a truck from the app and being sent to a parking lot full of trucks and no people, being sent to this u-haul relieved escalating frustration. Note: do not rent from the u-haul parking lot on 290 Service Road owned by A-Tex Towing. DO Rent/reserve with this facility on Ben White. The personnel were friendly and professional and got us on the road quickly.

Was coming in from out of town and needed help renting out a vehicle, although their location was closing at 5pm they still made sure to really help us out. The person at the propane and the two workers inside were very patient and friendly helping us out until we could rent it. Thank you so much! I believe one of the workers name was Alyssa? Thank you!

Poor customer service. Paid a premium for same day delivery and did not get it. Called the office and they passed me off to a 800 number. After two more phone calls, they said there was nothing that I could do and they were keeping my $$$. Very unsympathetic and just didn't care.

I recently rented a truck from U-Haul for a short 3-mile trip and was shocked when the bill came to $150.00. Prospective renters, be wary of the additional charges, especially the $30 fee on top of already high gas prices, if you choose not to refill the tank. Furthermore, the wait times at the service center were excessively long, far from the quick and efficient service I was promised. To add insult to injury, although I was assured a storage unit close to the loading dock for convenience, upon arrival, I found it padlocked and inaccessible. I was then reassigned to a unit at the far end of the facility, which, despite being advertised as air-conditioned, was sweltering from the afternoon sun. My advice? Exercise caution and consider all potential fees and logistical issues when renting from U-haul.

The worst customer service. Do not get propane or anything from them. Manager will not even look at you or talk to you. THE WORST!!!

Nice people but will come up with an arbitrary number for a deposit. This is not usual however I get it given the transient population for the area and the things I’ve seen some people do with Uhauls recently (living in them etc) I can imagine why they would want a deposit of $160 but it is wild to assume I would drive 75 miles making 3 trips in total within a 3 mile radius…those things guzzle gas, why on earth would I wanna drive 75 miles in that thing unless I absolutely had to? Lmao

I left my wallet under the seat, arrived two hours later and it was gone, an employee of this company took it away, and the company said they didn't know anything, the wallet had a license, bank cards and $ 100 ..... I do not recommend it

Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. One young man behind the counter was particularly helpful, including operating two terminals to effectively "bust" a long (4 - 5 person) line that was forming as we arrived. He saw the problem and acted to resolve it quickly, effectively, and to everyone's satisfaction. First rate!

Awful experience. Truck was not there when I reserved it. Waited in 20 degree weather for close to 2 hours while they tried to fix their mistake. Still up charged me at every turn. Take your business elsewhere.

I always go out of my way to be super friendly with company sales staff and technicians. I did so with their person who fills propane tanks. He was so angry that he was at work and incredibly rude. I will do anything not to have to go back to that place to get propane. Then I got in line to pay for the propane and I was obviously in line and one of their employees who checks people out just sat chatting away with a friend who works there and kept looking at me and after about eight minutes she Finally asked if I wanted something. I thought she wasn’t even in employee because she ignored her customers. Good Lord such bad bad bad customer service at that place. This is only the second time I’ve been there and the first time was even worse. I don’t know why these people are so angry and so rude and so unhappy where they work. Is it the upper management’s fault? I wonder. I’m finding another U-Haul and go to even if I have to drive an extra Hour.

I reserved a moving truck in advance, and I arrived to pick it up only to find they gave it to someone else due to Uhaul's overall system constantly double booking. Beware that a reservation doesn't mean anything at Uhaul.

I appreciate and am grateful for my U-Haul family at Ben white. Everyone there is helpful and always has all of the trucks clean and ready for my job. Thanks to Wilmer, Russ, Thomas , the ladies at the front counter for being proactive, problem solving, hard working people! Thanks for helping me and keeping a positive attitude even throughout the hottest weather!
