One person working on a Monday morning. The line is 8 people deep. Boxes are everywhere. There should be one person to handle pick ups and drop offs and another to do business services like notaries. Not an isolated experience, this place has always had mediocre to poor service.

I just had to pay $3.06 to have your employee print a UPS label to SHIP an item back to Amazon.First time at your store and probably the last. To charge is absurd, but $3.06 is ridiculous. No other UPS store has charged to print a label.

Excellent service and friendly staff! Easily seen from the nearby street. Went to this location to pick up a package. Even though the staff was busy with quite a few customers, they were friendly and helpful to get my package for me to pick up!

The store employee Brenda, she was very rude to not wait until I write down an email address for her to scan it and send it for me, it took less than 20 seconds to write it anyway, why act like there was no tomorrow if it was my turn?, She literally rudely left me hanging immediately and went to take a phone call when there was 2 other guys working with her and could of Done it as well. Thanks to another guy who noticed our discomfort, he came for our help. I will never go to this specific store again. Way to go Brenda!

I went to ship a document mailer to Singapore. Brenda refused to print an address label so that I could pick up the document from the Texas Secretary of state to save time, and drop off later,. This is exceptionally inconvenient and rude. Their system seems extremely inflexible and not customer friendly.

Shout out to Kristi at the MLK location. We had a bulky Amazon return but the Amazon app wasn’t loading and Kristi went above and beyond trying to help us out so we could get the return label and not have to come back another time. The other employee was also kind/helpful as well. I come here every week for various things and the service has always been good.

This store shipped one of my two packages to the return address instead of the shipping address, then wouldn't take responsibility for the mistake. The manager wouldn't even admit they made a mistake as they didn't want to pay for the shipping they screwed up. My items now missed a deadline for a conference. Would never come here again. Own up when you have obviously screwed something up and caused massive issues for a customer due to a missed deadline.
