I have never had a more disrespectful customer service experience than I had today. All I wanted to do was get a receipt for my package that was already paid to mail. None of your three employees in the store could be bothered to help me. A Black employee wearing a red shirt told me to scan it in the kiosk. I have never used this kiosk, I don’t know how the damn thing works. While I’m scanning, which I can’t tell if the damn machine is scanning or not, the employee yelled at me if I can read. This is unacceptable I am disabled and I have dyslexia. I have never used this stupid machine before.I rightfully cussed the employee out over this and asked for a supervisor. Naturally, the employee said the supervisor would not be there until 11:00AM the next day and it shows. I have run a retail store for over 20 years winning customer service awards such as the Best of the Brazos in Bryan, College Station. Get people who can help customers and don’t get frustrated if people need help, this is an absolutely unacceptable way to treat people.

I had a good experience. The staff was super fun and friendly and they made sure everyone was getting what they needed. Katy took care of me and made sure I was able to get all of my labels printed and my package shipped with no hassle. Thank you Katy!

We went to this UPS store to send several items to different locations. It was somewhat complicated. I can’t emphasize strongly enough how competent Shay Nobles is. She not only took care of our needs, but at the same time was multitasking with several other customers and taking care of their needs. She is incredibly efficient and does so with a great attitude. I’m not sure how UPS keeps her, but whatever they pay her is not enough.

You are late in sending, in addition to some employees being very lazy. You do everything, even sticking the product and the paper, and they just watch you. If you say, “Help me, I don’t know,” they say, “You are the one who should do it.”

I have been coming to this UPS location for about a year and half and I can’t express how great it is! I’ve done it all Amazon returns, Shipping, Prints, Copies and have been helped by great employees EVERY SINGLE TIME! This location is one of a kind and I believe it’s due to the amazing costumer service!

Go here only when you have to (aka Amazon). They literally charge you $4 to print the label (on top of the $34 it would apparently cost to ship a sweatshirt). Prices are Absurd. Staff were inflexible and had zero compassion.
Expensive enough that I made the switch to FedEx (who printed the label for free and shipped by package for $10 less).
