I needed to send an important time-sensitive document from Austin to Houston, and Zach recommended that I use USPS Priority Mail, assuring me it would arrive within 1-2 business days. I paid the $20 fee, but three days later, the package was still in Austin. Six business days have passed, and it's still 'In transit' with no updates. When I called the UPS store, a different associate told me I should have used UPS Ground—it would have only cost $5 and would have arrived within two days. Unfortunately, since it's with USPS now, there's nothing they can do. I'm disappointed that I was given incorrect information. I hope your team improves communication and understands the impact these mistakes can have on people's lives. I will never return to this location unless I'm required to for my refund.

Similar to others' comments, store workers don't seem to have a sense of time. Worker arrived at 8:50 (early) and told everyone waiting that they aren't open yet and walked away to get breakfast I assume. Totally fine.
But here it is at 9:16 and they are still presumably eating breakfast while customers wait during their busy day. No regard for others.

I’m always satisfied with the service at the Four Points UPS Store. They do more than their share of free work for both Amazon and Spectrum. We now must overpay for mail and delivery — the pleasant demeanor of staff is a breath of fresh air!

Nice people however the employees are consistently running late. I’m currently writing this review while waiting (10:14 AM) when the store was supposed to open at 10AM, and this is not the first time this has happened. If you do go, don’t go when they first open or you’ll likely be waiting for someone just to show up.

Zach is great. Very helpful, knowledgeable and fast. Clean store that has come along just since last year! Used to be overwhelmed with shipping packages....now clean as a whistle!
