This location is bad enough, losing your mail, one clerk working with a long line, always the same answer for lost mail, I don't what tell you, but the Burleson Rd location is the worst in Austin

Packages stuffed into small slots ruining them. They loose packages on purpose and call the cops when you get upset. Do a call to complain to region and they thank you at this post office by destroying your packages. They also lie and shouldnt be trusted. About the norm in Austin

It’s 849am … they were supposed to open 830 am I’m in the lobby with 7 people. There are people working we can hear behind the walls not even updating us. People stopping by before work on a weekend. One girl tried to open the door from the inside I guess there’s a key issue. No updates from staff. It seems like they don’t care. Very relaxed and casual.the janitor said she let people known we are waiting.

Molly was so super fantastic and knowledgeable!!! I came in with questions and needs for multiple confusing mailing instructions and she was patient and helpful and so kind. Really made the experience for great. It's not often I can brag about such a wonderful trip to the post office!

Luckily it was pretty slow in here when I came in, but probably the quickest and easiest dealing I've had with USPS. Molly was the staff when I showed up, and she handled everything smoothly. ?

Molly and Carolyn are the nicest postal office clerks I’ve ever encountered. They were very helpful and kind as I had questions about stamps for my wedding invitations. I was so impressed by their level of service!!

I had the most stellar experience today thanks to Molly! She had kindly stayed open to help the customer in front of me, who was also very grateful to Molly, and was willing to sell me the stamps I needed after hours so I could mail my save the dates as planned. She not only made sure they got on the truck, but she offered to hand cancel as many as she could before the truck came so that they wouldn’t have the machine marks on them. Totally blown away and will be making this my go to post office in the future!

We sent off 3 parcels during our time in Austin from this postal services location (823 Congress Avenue). We were impressed with how helpful the staff were; Molly in particular….. but there also another lady who we did not get her name. Molly and her colleague helped us to choose the correct box size for the best price. highly Recommended!!
