Worst experience I had in a long time if not ever . Unbelievably rude employee at this location who yelled at me for asking if someone else could help him and to assist other customers while he was handling client with multiple packages and his machine was breaking down ..
unfortunately he left bad taste and affected mood on a day what was supposed to be special day for my mom ( who was accompanied me with my 4 and 5 year old kids ) we were on a way to celebrate her 80 th bday .
Just awful experience. Felt threatened and unsafe ..
would avoid this place if you can ..

Rude employee - specifically the gentleman that does passport photos who decided it was best to shake his head and just wave me off (while I'm with a newborn) instead of extending just a bit of politeness / assistance.

Severely understaffed, always a wait (over an hour most days), only one person working at 12pm every single day. This is insane and has been the case for three months. Truly awful. One clerk, long line and other employees chit-chatting behind the counter and doing nothing. Children also behind the counter ..... what the heck? I left and drove to another PO where I received fast and courteous service.

After moving we realized that our forwarded mail was incorrectly dated. I dropped in to see if there was anything to do to have the mail forwarded.
The mail lady at the counter was so freaking good! She walked me through some tasks and BAM! It all worked out.

I came in at 2:26 and was denied service by the rude Asian lady with a mask. I was trying to get the status of my medical equipment but I guess she had somewhere to be.

The one azn lady is mean as heck. Every time I come here I always end up with her and she's rude and makes you scared to ask her any questions. Always huffing and puffing snd rolling her eyes.
The older black woman Alexis tried to help me and the azn lady said something and the black lady corrected her and she got real quiet.
Seriously needs to change her attitude smh

Paid extra and gave 2 additional days as buffer for a very important document get to its destination on time. USPS managed to blow past the delivery date and now has no estimate delivery time/date.
I'm sure this was a collaborate failure from all of USPS but I dropped the envelope off early morning last week and it wasn't scanned until the next day in the afternoon.
I know this review isn't going to matter but needed to vent bc they really failed when I tried to do everything I could. Such BS.

Went to place a money order, told that of all the employees, only one is able to do money orders and that I would have to come another day. Clerk was also very rude with other customers.

I was having a great deal of difficulty with my mail situation, however Jacob the manager(not sure if that's his title but he's definitely the one in change) was very empathetic and courteous. He promised me he would look into my issue and I will be following up with him. It was very nice to have someone who I believe cares.

I have always found going to the post office is such an unpleasant experience. I think we all know about long lines but this time, I went to return an item. Vendor provided me with the postage label, which I printed at home. At UPS, they scan this label and print another label which can be stick to your package easily. I was expecting same process. That was not available in the post office. After waiting in line for a while, the clerk instructed me to tape the label. I nicely asked if she could tape it. She told me that was not possible and she could sell me the tape instead. I had to go back to my home, get the tape and return to the post office and do the line again. What a waste of time. Dissapointing the post office cannot do a better job. I do recommend if the US Postal Office wants to improve their operations, first thing is to provide a great customer experience
