About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. With over 30,000 retail locations, USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. Customers have had mixed experiences with USPS. Some have praised the helpful and courteous staff, like Jacob the manager and Rachel, who went out of their way to assist them. Employees at the Chimney Corners post office in Austin were also commended for their efforts to locate a missing package and provide updates to the customer. On the other hand, some customers have encountered long lines and felt that the staff at certain locations, like the Bluebonnet Station, were less responsive and customer-oriented. However, the Far West location was highlighted as an exception, with a staff that was consistently courteous and efficient, particularly Vikki, who provided outstanding customer service. Overall, USPS is recognized for its dedication to delivering mail and packages nationwide, and many customers have had positive experiences with the organization's efforts to address their concerns and provide quality service.

I came to drop mail when the office was closed. Normally you can go inside and drop mail. But all doors were closed and there was no mailbox outside in the parking lot.

Went in on Friday Aug 7-26, for something quick. Everyone was nice and I got it done really fast! No complaints!

Understaffed. Waited more than half an hour with one person working at rush hour on Friday.
