Arrived 5 minutes before they opened at 8:25. Took until 9:05 to be served. Only four people ahead of me in line. They couldn't find my package and they couldn't access the Internet to look anything up. This is a location of last resort.

Hot mess. Don’t bother applying for passports here. They don’t contact you AT ALL if anything has changed, i.e. if your appointment has been cancelled or changed. No communication at all. I’m surprised this place can be opened considering how little workers they have to work.

Same story as everyone else. Place is understaffed, expect an hour+ wait.Donna behind the main desk is knowledgeable and will do what's right by you. The staff is friendly, and competent, but there just isn't enough of them.Call the 1800 number on the bottom of your receipt, take the survey for your voice to be heard.Looking back at the reviews in Google, this place hasn't changed in the last year. They need to hear what you have to say for change to happen.

I had a package marked "Delivered" in my PO Box and the manager is claiming someone stole it, I'm thinking it was one of the workers. HIGHLY AVOID getting packages here. It is severely understaffed with only two workers and that's for the entire Post Office. The lines are out the door most days, from looking at the reviews I HIGHLY suggest finding a new post office. I have never seen so many incompetence. USPS needs to either close this post office down or find new workers. I am now out $180 due to this Post Office. Thanks.

A HOT MESS of a post office. I am not one to leave a negative review unless absolutely necessary and this is one of those rare occasions. I was supposed to receive an international package. They supposedly “tried” to deliver but couldn’t recognize the recipient and literally returned my package to sender ONLY 2 days after. Mind you I never got a slip in my mail box that they tried to deliver. Neither did they re-attempt to deliver. So I had no idea until 10 days later I show up at the post office and they tell me the package is on its way back with no good reason as to why they did that-after a whole hour of waiting. And no remorse either. Yeah believe all the negative reviews on this page. This place is highly understaffed and they either need to hire more people, get their ducks in a row, or shut the whole place down. Do better.

My wife brought her service dog with her and she was told multiple times that pets aren't allowed. Each time she told them that he's a service dog, then a guy made a public announcement saying no dogs are allowed, obviously directing that towards my wife. He then approached her ( this is the 3rd time) and asked if he's a pet. We've never had so much issue bringing him, even in the airport people were more polite .

I have never had so much mail lost or stolen. Even when I have to go pick up my mail because my mailbox got broken in to, I'm still not getting all my mail. They offer a service taking photos of my mail and then literally told me that those pictures are not a guarantee of delivery! Wow. Zero accountability for the main service they provide. This is not the first time, the second time, the third time,.. literally cannot count how many mail claims we have made. It's maddening that you can't rely on the Post Office to hold your mail. I can only assume that they are having mail opening parties late at night.

I've gone dozens of times, because im in the area, to drop off prepaid labels and all the drop boxes are locked. I'm not waiting in a 15 person line with prepaid labels.

December 9, 2023 I received a message stating that my package arrived. I headed to the Cluster Box Units here in the Belterra area zip code 78737. Once there I found a key in my community mailbox. I used the key to retrieve the package & to my surprise it was another’s persons package. This has happened on other occasions but I reframed from saying anything. I delivered the package that wasn’t for me to the correct address but I’m now trying to locate my package. I understand that people make mistakes (mixing up a key) but it’s happened a few times now. I feel that many people aren’t aware of what’s going on & it’s effecting their work. I’m hoping that I can locate my package & the mail carrier can be more reliable when delivering.

This is honestly the absolute worst post office I have ever been to in my life. Do yourself a favor and just avoid at all costs. I’m not sure why, or how, this post office is still up and running. It needs to be shut down.

After being told to come back another day, I returned only to be informed that the package was lost, and they urged me to reach out to the dead letter facility. Given the presence of a label on the package, this explanation appeared improbable. The individuals handling the situation were not only impolite but also made me question the integrity of the process. If I could rate this experience, it would be negative. It feels like my high-value package was either mishandled, misplaced, or worse, and their lack of concern is deeply troubling.
