I booked an appointment online for passport. The only available spot was at 8am on a Saturday, but the post office ooens until 8:30am! Waited and waited just to see rude staff coming out of the door not to attend you but to pick up their coffee! Thye ARE the worst!

Wholly useless branch. Mail doesn't get to you consistently even if it shows up in informed delivery. There's evidence that mail is being stolen, yet they'll gaslight you about it. Don't bother paying for signature requests because they dont do it and probably take your package before marking delivered. If they call you about your complaint, they'll do it mid workday and say its basically impossible to reach them if you dont talk immediately. If you email, Adrian will send some sassy comment as soon as he is over the conversation. Hopefully your mail does not go through this branch. If it does, have important things sent to an alternate address. This location lacks any sort of competence and accountability.

This is how our mail is being delivered after they changed the route of our driver for the past 5 years. Just dump a $1000 worth of merchandise over the fence after the business is closed so it's sits out overnight, that's always a good idea.

EVERY. SINGLE. ONE Of my packages that has ever gone through this facility in my time living in Austin has never been delivered on time. And it’s not just that they’ve been held at the facility for days on end with no updates but the delivery people seem to be the most incompetent people on the planet, leaving notices of being “unable to access the address” when I live in a complex that has multiple ways to drop off packages for residents.

They let you schedule appointments as early as 8:00 AM but no one gets here for them until 8:30 AM.
Edit: it's 8:40 now still no one has been helped
Edit: 8:55 now and they just took the first person.

This location lacks on staff. You have to wait more than 30 minutes up to an hour just to mail out something.

Seriously frustrating experience today! Waited 40 minutes to mail a single package because there was only one person working the counter, with at least 15 people in line. Meanwhile, four or five other staff members stood by doing absolutely nothing to help customers. This lack of responsibility is unacceptable.

If there is an option to give zero star, I would. We are here with 20 customers in line. There is no ps employee here. From 11:10 to 11:42, only 2 customers were helped. Most of the time, no employees in the service area. This station should be closed.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff — I’d even say discriminatory
I lost my package and only found out it was at this location after two days, thanks to phone support. I drove 40 minutes in traffic to pick it up and arrived just 5 minutes after closing time. There were still customers inside, and I politely asked if they could let me in — I even begged. They coldly ignored me and shut the door in my face.
They were late delivering my package for days, but I’m the one punished for being 5 minutes late? I understand they have the right to close on time, but this situation was clearly different. They showed zero empathy.
Now the tracking status hasn’t updated for 3 days, and I have no idea if they’ll try redelivery or if I have to make the same frustrating trip again. Absolutely terrible experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr Patel on fixing multiple shipping issues I had. Not only did he fix and resolve the 4 issues I came in with (all caused by my errors), he also fixed other errors for me in my previous parcel deliveries in under 15 minutes. Not only did all 6 parcel issues get resolved, he also explained to me with the patience of a saint how the error happened and how I can prevent/fix it next time. He was very polite and kind even when I got confused multiple times and he was gracious about explaining it until I understood it. The whole interaction took less than 20 minutes and he resolved every single issue that most other shipping store would take hours to resolve. Very appreciative of his patience and him going above and beyond to help me. I was honestly expecting the process to be a lot more painful and frustrating so I’m be try glad the team at this location is very knowledgable, patient, and kind. I appreciate Mr Patel for his help.

Service is extremely sllllloooowww.. I thk there should be someone that takes care of people getting or updating passports separately from people just picking up or sending out mail. You have only 2 people at the counter and both are being held up for 20+ mins doing passports. I thk that's ridiculous. You would have people out a lot faster and not 20 people in line just waiting around for a less than 5 min service.
