Sorry for posting this here instead of a review as UT reuse store admins declined to post this on their social media.I was there in the store this Thursday, 12/07/2023, between 3.15 pm to 3.52 pm. While my black, Toyota Camry was hit by someone and escaped while parked there. I have filed a police complaint and they are assisting with whatever footage got recorded in my front and back dash-cam. However, help is needed with any information that would lead to finding the culprit. I would reward them with half my deductible amount that would have otherwise been spent on the repairs. Fun to go online and bid on stuff. I bought a mountain bike!

I love checking this place out at least once a week. It's UT, so the goods here run the gamit: could be office chairs, dorm furniture, theater props, DVDs or hand tools. They get new arrivals 2x a week!

I'm a Sooner, so I hate giving anything UT a good rating. But there were some very interesting pieces, priced dirt cheap. And the people were friendly and helpful.

always love this place and it's concept as well as the people working and running it. However, lately I've noticed the prices are becoming pretty high for some stuff. But with everything else going on in the world who can really blame them. Everyone has to try to survive. At least this place e is trying to do some good.

This place has horrible customer service when calling over the phone. I called and had 2 quick questions that could have been answered over the phone in less than 3 minutes. But the guy insisted that I go to the website and read the information there. He stated that twice to me. How hard is it to answer 2 quick questions over the phone for your customers? It's like he didn't even one to hear me out. Why have a phone number listed anyway?

Lots of interesting UT surplus. We always seem to find something that we need.

Cool place to check out on north campus. Only open some Thursdays and maybe weekends, make sure you check if they're open before you go. You can find some pretty interesting stuff. Furniture, monitors and old Texas football practice jerseys, this place is a fun place to browse!

Cool place to find chairs, shelves, and other items that could be reused!

The hours posted in their Facebook event for open times are 9am-1pm, but on the door it says 8am-12pm. I arrived at 12:04pm and was unable to enter. They also have comments turned off on Facebook so I couldn't point out the discrepancy. Very disappointed by the lack of clear communication. Wish I'd known the correct hours and saved myself a trip.

I just want to say to please don't go here because I want to be the only person who knows about this place and goes there and buys all the things. They need to make their Austin City Limits DVDs cost $1 like all the other \\\"media\\\" but I mean... I just don't want to tell y'all too much about this place because I am a selfish person.

This is such a hidden gem! There is a lot of useful, basic furniture and office goods, and of course some cheap commercial stuff, but there are some seriously cool antiques if you get there at the right time. It's worth popping by every so often and seeing what they've got, especially if you like to fix up antique furniture.
