Well, I inadvertently created a big problem with my iPhone resulting in calls and texts that didn’t land. Max Hoffman did a wonderful job of resolving the issue. During the hour long interaction, his professional, persistent and patient demeanor impressed me.

I waited over 20 minutes while someone was getting her phone set up. There was only one employee and he just sat there and didn’t even acknowledge I was in there, he never said a word to me. I left without getting the quick screensaver I needed and was never acknowledged

I purchased a 16 Pro over two months ago and traded in my XR for a credit. The salesperson, Skyler, told me it will take a couple of billing cycles. When that didn’t occur, I went back to the store because the Verizon phone representative told me the store entered the wrong promotion credit and that I have to go back to the store for them to enter the right credit. The store manager., Kelly Jackson, told me she will take care of it after I showed her the receipt. She said she will follow up with me in a couple of days. When she didn’t after more than a week, I called the store at 10:30 am and was told after the rep went to get her that she’s at lunch (at 10:30) and that they will leave her a message, but that I should call back in an hour if I don’t hear back from her. I didn’t and when I called back, I was told she left for the day but will leave her another message. So I am still trying to get the promotional credit I was promised. Absolutely lack of integrity

I almost never give one-star reviews. This place is absolutely terrible. Irresponsible, sloppy, and rude. They've wasted so much of my time. And the problems still aren't resolved. They either say they'll help and then disappear or simply don't pick up the phone or respond to messages. Save yourself the trouble and don't go here!

Ivan helped secure a new iPhone 16 Pro for me. The process could not have went smoother. No attempts to sell additional services or force me to upgrade my plan. Kudos to Ivan for being efficient with the process and going the extra mile for me!

I just stopped by this location for a new phone. It was super easy and I didn't wait. Carson did a great job. If you need to go to Verizon got to this one and see if Caron is working.
