Rude staff. Visited this store a few weeks ago to get a phone and this was by far the worst Verizon store I had visited. The store manager was very rude. Would never return here again.

Two Gentlemen Christopher and I believe the second gentleman's name was Aaron helped my mother with getting a new phone and trading in hers we had a little bit of issues with the trade but the store was more than willing to help my momma! I live 14 hours away and this store gave me a peace of mind that my mother was taken care of and was able to receive amazing customer service.

I worked with Anisa Musey to set up my daughter with her Apple Watch line. My daughter was ecstatic. Anisa was helpful, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things. Best retail specialist I've worked with at Verizon EVER. Give Anisa a raise!

Service is brutal. Was given the run around simply to drop off my old phone they made a big stink and made me wait multiple times couldn’t even figure out how to accept my old phone for drop off. I guess I’ll keep the phone then if y’all don’t want it. Something about a 45 day window which I technically might have still been in. Even if not this window was never communicated to me and doesn’t make logical sense when I’m trying to give you something you ask for. I am often traveling for work and vacation and this guy at this store was acting like a secret service agent looking for the secret codes just to get my phone return.

If ChatGPT ever had to deal with a Verizon customer support rep it would surely recognize humans as the scourge of the earth and seek to exterminate us.However, that was not the case with Harrison. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.If you ever have a problem the faceless customer support reps cannot solve over the phone, come into this store and ask for Harrison.

This store needs a definite staff restructure, and the poor reviews are justified. This is the closest store to Tarrytown, so it's the one I always come to, until this week. Came to purchase an iPhone 15 for my son's bday, with my son. The same staff who have helped me everytime I have been here, were the same ones working - including the manager. Depending on the staff's personal mood for the day, is how your service will be handled. This is true past & present. Said their new policy was to see a govnt issued ID in order to help me - although they already send a text to your personal phone AND ask for a pin, but okay no problem. However, this day I only had a printed temporary ID from the DMV, as they destroyed my expired license. I gave them the paper ID and showed them a copy of my old ID on my phone - they would not help me. I called the DMV when I left and they reassured me that once printed, the paper ID is BY TEXAS LAW - a form of identification that should be accepted by any valid business within 60 days of receiving. The staff fought me HARD on this, and silly enough I have worked with all of them several times in the recent past. Nope. They pretended like they had never seen me before and wanted me to go back home and get a passport or a photo of myself with my name. The manager even facetiously said "HAVE A NICE DAY MA'AM" as we were walking out. Extremely embarrassing and such a power trip. Went to another Verizon store 8 minutes away on Anderson Ln and they helped us get a new phone in 15 minutes, with my paper ID. Will save the stress in the future and go elsewhere when I'm trying to spend money.
