This store is not a corporate Verizon store, so they charge additional fees when you get new phones or transfer lines with them. We were not aware of this going in. Nor was it communicated to us at any point. We had a decent experience there, but the mess came afterwards when the salesperson didn’t follow through with what they promised us. They promised no activation fees for the promotion we were using, which involved adding multiple new lines to an existing Verizon account, plus trading in each phone. The salesperson made multiple mistakes with our account and didn’t make a single note in the system so now our bill is way more than we were told it would be. If we had known, we probably would’ve transferred the lines and kept our old phones. It was all really misleading and has created a huge headache for us because Verizon customer service can’t do anything about it, and the store itself is no help either. I wish they would just give us a credit or voucher to make it right 👎🏼

Had a great experience at Verizon today. Jean was extremely helpful and respectful of my time. It didn’t take too long to get out of there with my new phone. I would definitely recommend this location!

Had an issue with my eSIM on my iPhone and stopped here on the way home from work. I was greeted at the door by Jean Onesto. Actually, he beat me to the door to open it for me. Very nice and super helpful. He ended up just having to switch it out. Didn’t take long at all and I was on my way. I bought my phone there a little over a year ago and had a great experience then also. These guys are top notch.

Ty greeted me by opening the door to get me in and helped me gauge my needs for my business to get an appropriate hotspot. He even went to another store to pick up the device since the store I went to was out of stock! Superior customer service. Highly recommend Ty.
