5 stars for Cristian who helped me set up a new phone line, he was great! Nice and very personable; he was apologetic for the wait times even though I didn’t mind at all. Helped me get a great deal on the exact phone I wanted.
2 stars for what seemed to happen right after I was finishing setting up my Verizon app. It looked like his manager was getting on to him, and right in front of other customers too. They eventually went to the back to finish their conversation, but I think it’s a little ridiculous to reprimand (in front of others) an employee for taking a little longer, especially when there was an issue with my account.
I won’t get into why I needed to remove myself from my parents account and set up my own line, but thank you Cristian for making the experience enjoyable 🖤

I've been going to this store since 2018 and never had any issues!--- This time???-- 5 people standing around doing nothing... barely any cars in the parking lot... plenty of places to sit.... but I wasn't allowed to sit down and transfer my data to my new phone--- I HAD TO GO SIT IN MY CAR OR THEY WOULD CHARGE ME $30!?............... This is the 100% BS I was repeatedly told by multiple employees there. I called and got the $35 "activation fee" removed. 7 years of Verizon taking my money but I CAN'T SIT IN THE STORE!? --- I pay these numbskulls' checks!--- These phone freaks really have a complex... and they're rude- they'll start talking while you're talking LOL!-- Nobody raised these fools. SLAP!

Treated us like we were trying to scam them which I get their point of view but the guy there asked if the phone was good twice and when I asked why he kept asking he said he didn’t want us to waste his time.

miss Lakrea Clark ( specialist) is very rude and not giving proper answer
I got charged my bill amount $ 243.06 and they charge extra amount of $ 1139.19 on my credit card without informing me and they don’t have proper answer on that why they charged.
And her manager is also don’t know about the same and they cannot see in their system that why $ 1139.19 is charged on my card
I am very disappointed with Verizon and specifically in 9705 Research Blvd Austin 78759 location.

I went there the first time to switch my phones company and I didn’t know that it would take that much time. Bria and her manager tried everything that day they were nice. I also got the home internet service for $40. They gave me provisional numbers for a few hours so I can leave and go to work cause it was taking too much time.
I got charged in my bill for the provisional numbers ($45 each) also got charged for Home plus $97 (I only wanted home internet), and came again month later with a $397.0 bill (it should have been around 200). My boyfriend came in the morning and they said they’ll take care of it. Same day, 4 pm bill was the same, so we came again and Bria said her manager will be taking care of it and that we were all set. So we left.
Went home and waited a day to see if it changed, and the bill still the same.
Had to call customer service and luckily l got Erika on the phone, get that woman a raise. She explained all the charges and removed the unnecessary ones within like 30 minutes. My bill came down to $200 as it supposed to be 👍🏻

Excellent staff. Wasn't able to help as their phone support were idiots and barely understood English but the "in-store" employees far exceeded my expectations

Every time I've gone to this location they give me trouble with picking up my phone. The head of the account (my sibling) lives out of town and is unable to pick up the phone for me. I've explained to them that I'm a member, I've given them the password to the account, my ID matches the name on my phone number, I physically have the current phone being upgraded, but they still are uncooperative. Stay away, go to a different location. These people are not good at their jobs and a lot of times do not know what they are doing.

Came in cause once again Verizon is messing up and was told that the manager doesn't take customers. Waited 40 minutes. When I came back in she had taken a customer. This treatment by Verizon is getting old. When I commented on how I was lied to, she stated "she'll go where she is needed." Lady - you needed to help the person who walked in and needed your help.

I happened to meet a person Mr.Perez in verizon.He helped me to purchase 4 new lines and phones.Interesting thing is that he shared his personal phone number to get assistance.He was so helpful and I live in another city but I was able to solve my issues behacuse i had his number.thanks perez ..you are just amazing.verizon should be lucky to have someone like you.Dr.Mathew

(Review was written a year ago) I didn't receive an email asking about my experience, but I wanted to ensure that Aron receives the praise he deserves. For months, I had been dealing with a frustrating issue between Apple and Verizon regarding a monthly payment for a phone I had already paid off. Despite numerous attempts, both sides failed to provide clear instructions, and Apple refused to assist. Finally, I decided to visit this store, primarily because it was conveniently located near my workplace. Aron greeted me with professionalism and empathy. He demonstrated remarkable knowledge, patience, and determination to resolve my issue promptly. In the end, Aron not only identified the problem but also successfully rectified it! Thank you, Aron, for your exceptional service! You are truly awesome!
