1301 Chicon Street Suite 102, Austin TX 78702
“Chris was fantastic! He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely curious about my pets so he could tailor his recommendations to what I actually needed. He checked in again later without ever feeling pushy, and took the time to explain not only the brands Paws carries, but the why behind their recommendations, even offering options for things they didn’t have in that particular store. He also gave me some really helpful, gentle guidance on nutrition for my fur babies and even took notes for my next visit. His badge said “training,” but honestly, I would’ve guessed store manager! I’ve been a Tomlinson’s girl since I moved to Austin (no shade!), but consider me converted.”

“We have a reactive cane corso that we often take to desensitize him to other environments, we brought him in and the guy that works there (forgot his name, but he owns a presa canario) was so kind! He was super knowledgeable and helped us pick out raw-diet food for our dog, and he was so helpful being apart of our training, keeping his distance but being confident. We will be returning just to say hi!”

“I love stopping by Tomlinson’s Feed—it’s become my go-to spot when I want to treat my dogs to something special. I fully expect to spend a little more here than I would at a typical pet store, but it’s worth it for the quality and unique selection, especially when I’m picking up birthday treats for my pups. The customer service is always consistent—friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without being pushy. The store itself is clean, well-organized, and easy to shop, which makes every visit quick and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a convenient place (in South Austin) to splurge on your dogs and feel good about what you’re buying, this is definitely a spot I’d recommend.”

“I stopped into Tomlinson’s for treats and bones for my doggie. Macey welcomed me in right from the get go! She was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable in Tomlinson’s products. I have always been a loyal Tomlinson’s customer, but in these small interactions I remember why I love being their devoted customer. ☺ A note to owners! “I’m so glad I started taking my puppy, Ts’amtii here for her first ever grooming! We’ve seen Charlie several times now for her usual groom and there is a thousand reasons why I recommend Barkin Creek, especially Charlie, but I’ll keep it brief: wonderful salon style appointments, Charlie is very skilled, knowledgeable and efficient, lovely humans, animal people, affordable and competitive grooming prices for the service you receive. Charlie is always wonderful and has helped me learn how to care for my first Shih Tzu coat and set my girl up for the best care. I can’t recommend him enough! 2026 - we’ve been trying to find Ts’amtii’s best haircut and Charlie is so open to new ideas and suggestions, and today we explored a new cut that I’m dead on, it’s SO cute!! Charlie is just the best, he’s our girl’s “Uncle Charlie” for a reason, I can’t recommend him enough. Him and Paul have always been amazing - awesome humans!”

“I’ve been using healthy pet for years at the Wm Cannon and Lakeline locations. Our last visit there we found out our next dog was was free as we hit the 10. My partner and I almost started crying because that wash visit was the last one before our baby crossed the rainbow bridge later that week and we were pampering her in advance. I said something like “oh, we won’t be having another wash—can you donate it?” And the staff comp’ed the wash. Thank you for the thoughtfulness and for your part in making sure Lib was beautiful as she went to meet her brother.”

“I visited this Vetco last Saturday to get my dog’s yearly vaccines. I had had negative experiences at other Vetcos, so I was skeptical about this one. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received. From the moment I arrived, the tech, Linda, greeted me warmly and treated me and my dog with utmost kindness and respect. My dog, who is usually scared of the vet, was incredibly comfortable around her. Linda’s calm and patient demeanor, coupled with her extensive knowledge of veterinary care and the best vaccines for my dog, made a significant difference. Despite the long wait, Linda managed to check me out quickly, which was a huge relief. Her professionalism and attention to detail made me feel valued and appreciated. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of veterinary care. Linda’s exceptional service has earned her a raise, and I’m confident that she will continue to provide outstanding care to her patients.”

“Wally Beds are quality products that our dog adores! He loves stretching out to sleep on the throw on our bed and then alternating with his own cuddle bed in the family room. The material is excellent quality that is soft, durable and washes nicely. We are getting a girlfriend for him soon so we are ordering more “comfy feels” to make her feel at home. The friendly personal service offered by the owner is uncommon these days and much appreciated. I would highly recommend this company and their products for our pets who truly deserve the best! ??”

“First time here.. and currently the only restaurant for dogs (and cats) in Texas…. But went be for long …. Tempted to try it myself, it smelled so good, but have to lead by example as they would get scolded if they ate my food without permission so I’ll not eat theirs ….Staff so friendly and knowledgeable. Food is prepped to rival even human standards. Taking meals to my dogs right now, 5-star-paw rating!!!”
