Complete incompetence, forgot prescriptions after calling me and telling me they were was ready. Waited 40 min to get another filled they said wasn’t already filled and after got home and one was missing. Called them back and they said we don’t have that in inventory. We can get it the next day. Ugh!

I worked here for a while and I can say this is one of the best set of workers I have met. Each individual employee are very nice and in a lot of cases go way above and beyond. This store is full of people who genuinely care for each person the come through to their best ability

I would give this location a zero if I could. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Prescriptions are lost on a regular basis and their on-line processing. I'm forced to deal with Walgreens because of my insurance plan. Otherwise I would deal with almost anyone else. If you can do business anyplace else, do so.

Ann the pharmacist is about as rude and as dumb as they come. Not only that, she's arrogant enough to think it's her decision what medications patients can take. She has on more than one occasion refused to fill my RX, and twice has hung up on me. Her attitude and behavior are completely unacceptable and not caring or empathetic towards patients. She's the entire reason I am changing my pharmacy and never using Walgreens again, especially this location. What a child she is.

Worst pharmacy ever, mostly due to the rude and unprofessional pharmacist Ann Russell. Insisted on calling me baby twice and when I asked her not to, she told me to “listen up, lady”. Called Walgreens to complain but no one bothered to call me back so I guess this is just par for the course. When the pharmacy makes a mistake then tries to gaslight you into thinking it was your fault, it’s time to find a new pharmacy. They have certainly earned their rating.

Absolutely worst experience trying to get a COVID and Flu test. Arrived early for apt had to come inside then go through drive through then come back inside after results to complete test! Crazy and takes way to long!

This place is a f***ing joke! They lied to me about my prescriptions only gave me 26 and told me to come back for the remaining 4. (This is a medicine I cannot go without) The bitchy pharmacist working that day yelled from back behind the counter and told me I don't have to fill it. I will write a negative review every week until they right their wrong! DO NOT GO HERE!

Pharmacy can be good some times or really really bad other times. I waited 40 mins, then they told me I had to wait another 30 minutes, so they can work on my prescription. Every person in line should be treated the same way they arrive. First in first out. Period.

Don’t get a PCR test here. Went for a PCR test, 108 hours later (4.5 days) and no results. These should be ready in 48 hours or less. Healthcare services just want to take your money, could care less on providing a decent service.

Truly one of the worst pharmacies I have ever used. My insurance company forces me to use them. Otherwise, I would avoid like the plague. Slow service, lack of stock, terrible refill policies, the list is endless. Avoid this pharmacy unless you are forced to use it.

Waited an hour today behind 2 cars while trying to pick up a prescription. Sat at the window for another 15 minutes before anyone came to the window. Meanwhile 3 people inside got their prescriptions. Once they finally came to the window, it took about 2 minutes for my prescriptions to be ready. Also, I constantly get spammed with emails,phone calls and texts about my prescriptions and then when I go to pick up they often tell me that the prescription is delayed due to insurance reasons. Why does this happen so often? It's the same insurance, nothing has changed...
