Walgreens is a popular one-stop shop for refilling prescriptions, purchasing health and beauty products, and printing photos. The pharmacy staff is described as great, hardworking, and underpaid, often dealing with rude and entitled customers. Despite the challenges, the employees are noted for being incredibly sweet, helpful, and going above and beyond to assist each person who comes through. While the pharmacy may not always get everything right, they strive to make things right and are doing well considering the staffing challenges. However, some customers have expressed frustration with the pharmacy's hours not being clearly communicated, such as closing early without prominent signage.
Rex in the photo department went above and beyond to expedite my Christmas gift photo order that was delayed because of a technical issue. So grateful for the kind customer service he provided!
