If I could give negative Stars I would. We stopped at the Walgreens located on 82nd and University in Lubbock Texas at 8:00 p.m. on 12/31/23 needing propane. We checked the bottles in the Blue Rhino locked cages to see if there was any with blue tags before we went in and there was one that we could see. So my boyfriend went in to purchase an exchange propane tank at the price of $23.99 and the sales clerk told him it was empty and he told him that we checked before going in and there was one in there. He then told my boyfriend that the manager had told them to focus on closing duties and my bf asked to speak to the manager. When the manager got up there he asked to purchase the propane and she told him that there was none out there. He told her that we had checked before he went in to make sure that there was one with a blue tag and there was one and he would like to buy it. She proceeded to tell him that she had just been out there and there was not one with a blue tag and she would not take her lazy butt and go out there and look. So I thought surely my boyfriend just didn't emphasize that we had checked for a full bottle and there was one out there so I went inside to make sure they knew we could see a full one and would like to buy it. The sales clerk told me that they were not finished with their closing duties and that his manager had asked them to focus on that and taking care of customers. I explained to him that we are trying to be customers so how were they taking care of us? This store needs a new manager to take this woman's position as she is not only lazy but rude on top of that. Customers in lubbock do not shop at places again after they are treated this way....because there is another store right around every corner. My business will never go back here unless this so called manager is no longer there. I do not support lazy rude incompetent people.

This message is concerning the Walgreens Pharmacy on Elms Road in Killeen TX. You have an employee working there that flat out LIED to my husband and then me. She refused to give me her name because I am sure she knew I was going to report her. This happen today on December 3,2023 between the hours of 11am-12pm. I paid for my medication on line to speed up process when I go there. I accidentally deleted my code, so your pharmacy wouldn't let my husband get my medication w/o.the code. I know they can look intolerance the system to see if the medication was paid for(they look in there for everything else). I had to repay for something that I have already paid for. You guys will never get my busy again and the one Hispanic/White female you have working will lie to a customer face when the customer knows she is lying. Get rid of her!!

I know these guys have to take a lunch, but I was waiting in the drive-through, the only car in the drive-through, when the young Hispanic lady close the shutters on the main area and wouldn't make eye contact with me and then just disappeared. I was there at least five minutes before she closed the shutters. No one ever made contact with me to explain what was happening or communicated with me in anyway. They just disappeared. For this to happen this way there's a human element that is sadly missing.This used to be the one Walgreens you can go where the staff would recognize you and interact. May be looking for another pharmacy

This place is NOT 24/7. Lacerated my lip on a Monday night. Instead of going to the ER to get stitches, was gonna swing by Walgreens to grab a few medical supplies and patch myself up instead. This location is the closest to me. Got there around 2:45am range - lights on, doors locked. Someone WAS inside, and the hours listed online AND their door clearly said 24/7. Tried calling - no answer. Lots of people came here just to have to leave. I sat in the parking lot for a while and then decided to go to another 24/7 walgreens nearby instead. As I was leaving, I literally saw someone slip out the back door and start walking away from the building and down the sidewalk. I have no idea if they worked there but my assumption is yes because why else would you be in there if the doors are locked?? So it seems like they locked up and just dipped when they weren't supposed to.

Long lines at the pharmacy are too long and the staff is overwhelmed and overworked. Stop being so greedy and hire more employees and pay the staff better.Walgreens is down to the level of CVS!

Aerials was extremely helpful. My daughter was grabbing everything in sight and he was so patient with her and gave me great advice on my item. Definitely a great representation of Walgreens. :)

Very dirty restrooms. Restrooms could very well be cleaner. Also no sanitizer in said restroom. Which would be nice. Otherwise, the location is not bad and other. The associates have never been mean at this location either.

I worked at two Walgreens in my area but am now retired. Where I am living now, I use the Walgreens at Crystal Falls Rd in Leander,TX. In the last 3 days I have been to the pharmacy each day trying to pick up my prescriptions but there is continually a line of 10 -12 people waiting in line. Today I went there early so I could be there when the staff are coming back from lunch. I was in line at 1:57 but the barriers weren’t removed until 2:24. The person who was ahead of me pulled up and was at the window for 30 minutes while they prepared her prescription. When I pulled up, they asked me to pull through and go around and get in line so they could fill my order. By this time there was already a very long behind me and they wanted me to go around and get in line again?????

This is the second time I was told it will be a few before your prescription is ready? I was told I could look around or have a seat they will call me. I get back in the line to be told I can’t get back in line to pick up my prescription because she was ending the line so they could close. I was also on hold with the pharmacy and they hung up the line. This is RIDICULOUSNESS at its best. I know folks are ready to go but I was there on time and was refused service. WOW WALGREENS ? NO EXCUSE?I was treated like I just got there but look a at your camera ? Corporate

They couldn't get my workers comp insurance to go through and asked me to go in I went through the drive through because I have a fractured foot & ankle. Low and behold I go in and it's ready. They made me walk in with a fractured foot/ankle for bs. Ugh I really, really hate my company wants us to use Walgreens. I prefer my local H‑E‑B.

This is the worst Walgreens Pharmacy, I have ever encountered. I thought maybe it was just me but then I saw this place has 2 stars. I had to stop getting my prescription medication filled here because there was always an issue. I never was able to get my prescription, pay the correct price, and just leave. So today I had a COVID test. This is the closest pharmacy to my place. So I thought I would use the pharmacy for testing purposes, and I thought how could they screw this up? Well, they did. They called and left a message this evening and notified me of a malfunction and that they would call me tomorrow to reschedule. What?! I literally drive out of my way to avoid this pharmacy. This place is horrible. I highly recommend any other place in North Austin for your pharmacy needs. This place can ruin anything and that's a fact. Update: they let me come in early this morning and retake the text and processed it right away. So it was still within the 24 hour mark, I just had to make two trips and two swabs.
