Go in person. Don't rely on the app or phone calls. I was on hold so long I was able to drive to the pharmacy, talk to them in person, have my prescriptions filled while I waited, paid for them and back home before anyone on the phone picked up. I was on hold for over 45 minutes being told that I was next in line

Cannot schedule pharmacist for work. Leaves customers without medications and at their mercy as to when you can pick something up. Very poor service, will definitely move our accounts.
