Wells Fargo, I had a hard time when I got my first car being in and out of the hospital with kidney afflictions. You guys gave me a loan and continued to work with me over and over. I love your company and you are amazing. Thank you for everything. If I were in a better place I’d shake your hand and tell you it was a pleasure taking out a loan from you. You guys do amazing business your workers are professionals over the phone. (Every one of them). Id gift you guys something because you work hard at what you do. God bless you Wells Fargo. I hope your business picks up. Also Wells Fargo heard my story about being in and out of the hospital and they gave me grace for the last payment because the car got totaled within the same year and I had to pay two car payments and kept going in and out of the hospital. It does show up on your credit so I don’t recommend it. But that was very kind of them.

If I could give a zero star i would. We went into set up an account for my son. Was told we needed an appointment and to arrive early. Rescheduled for the following Friday. We arrived 15 minutes early and ended up waiting 30 min past our scheduled time and no banker insight. We finally gave up and left.
I also tried to deposit a check from my mom and the teller told me no he couldn’t do it because the signature went over one of the numbers on the check.
I took the check to the Brodie location and they helped me with no problem
Trust me drive the 10 minutes and go to the Brodie location, you will thank me later

Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Be prepared to waste your entire day—bring a chair and lunch because the wait times are ridiculous. Completely unacceptable. And Alfredo, don’t bother replying with some generic message or asking me to send an email. Just do your job: fix the outrageous wait times and start respecting your customers’ time. Despite reading my post, rather than addressing the issues of understaffing and slow service, they responded with a generic, dismissive message. Now they give me a phone number to call and make an appointment. What is this, my dentist? Everything but the simple solution to add more staff. Also, stop this bank owner. I personally have over 150k in Wells Fargo stock. I am also a bank owner.

I came in to exchange currency and cash a check. There was no wait, the teller was personable and friendly throughout the entire experience. He left a warm impression. I love banking with Wells Fargo - I've been a loyal customer for almost 20 years now.

I come here once a month for deposits, and every time I do, I am harassed by homeless people begging for money. I normally alway give them what I can, but it's kinda ridiculous to have this every time I visit. Other than that the staff inside are always very nice. I would advise going inside as the drive-through is always so slow.

Of all the bank drive thrus I've gone to in my entire life, this one is the absolute SLOWEST of all. It doesn't matter if there's only 2 cars in line. Expect to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour. It's absolutely CRAZY!! I've been a wells fargo customer for 25 years.

The people working here will waste your time. They can’t even cash a check from another Wells Fargo account. We tried depositing a check we received from TCP Property Group at this location and they told us it couldn’t be verified. Then had us put it in the atm which we should not have done because we had to wait 5 more days to get the check electronically back to us so we could start again. I do not recommend using this bank location they are incapable of good business practices.

Made an appointment with banker(Katherine) day prior via phone speaking to her. Arrived and still waited 35 min until we got fed up and left. What’s the point of making an appointment. No heads up from her or “I’ll be right with you” acknowledgement. Bad service

Terrible service, on mar 29 I withdrew money inside the bank
3 minutes later I was robbed at the gas station in Walmart
I was being followed from the bank it’s not the first time it happens at this bank
I read all the reviews to see if anything similar had happened to someone else and I was correct
It happened to another person 2 yrs ago
DONT WITHDRAW ANY MONEY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!
