Judy M. We just such as wonderful Banker Assoc. She was very patient with my elderly mother. She explained everything to her in a slow and precise manner, very friendly very good customer service!!
Everyone in that bank was very friendly and trustworthy.

As usual, I waste my time even stopping at this location. Years ago I realized they did everything they could to run off customers. First they removed the drive-through window across the road, then they removed the drive-through window period. They take every opportunity to refuse whatever you try to deposit. I work for a management company...money orders cannot be mobile deposited and must be tendered in person. They then find every reason in the world to refuse the money orders and most common being that the non-English-speaking tenants signed on the wrong line or didn't put their address on the m order. other locations do not give me this much trouble, in fact they pretty much never say anything. So simply go to another location and you will be much happier.

All the emoyees are always in such good spirits every time i have went in the bank. The emoyees are so helpful and nice. I met the new manager and she was so nice and helpful.

I needed a couple of money orders and stopped in this branch today. I am very surprised by the poor reviews, as I had a VERY different experience! I was greeted by two employees who were both ready to assist. The person who helped me went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my money orders, even looked up the exact name it should be addressed to. It was very quick and easy! I definitely wouldn't hesitate to go to this branch again in the future!

This location is the lousiest one. First of all there's no one to go in and talk too because it's always closed. And the ATM hadn't been accepting deposits for two days. I have I check I need to deposit and this is the one that the most convenient for me. I been waiting for a week to deposit my check. People have money they need.

This branch appears in Google as if it is open and the person wastes his time because it is closed and without any message even at the door that is bad service

I scheduled an appointment to open an account. I drove from far away. I got there was told to wait 43 minutes. Then was told that they couldn't find my appointment. I was told to wait for a cancelation. Another hour passed and was told that there were no cancelations. I was told to go online and schedule another appointment.
