Bad service because i wait 1h and of the service they told me all the peper everything good Then we my turn came. They told me I don’t have the right people after one hour waiting. Bad management

Been to this branch a coupel of times. The staff was chill and professional. Parking is aight. Never had any issues. Some of their baking products can be subpar (like their savings account), but nothing to do with this branch in particular.

There is a whole homeless camp at your building that you shut down next to the bank on North Lamar . It's disgusting and nasty, trash everywhere. These people obviously need help . Dogs running free I'm scared to walk past. Call the city and have them clean it up !
