Customer service is awesome, they help me with all my needs and didn’t give me any trouble. Rooms are nice and location is great. Only downside is the restrooms don’t have any vents so when you shower it get extremely hot, other then that I had a great stay.

This is a great hotel and location to downtown Austin and venues is excellent. The hotel staff is very friendly, check in and out was a breeze and the hotel and room was very clean. The price was affordable for a quick overnight trip and has great amenities for extended stays. Would highly recommend!

Nice hotel but they need to fix the temperature in the meting rooms. Some are cool while others are uncomfortably hot.
