What a mess this company is. Told my item would be picked up several times and nothing. Managers at xpo very unprofessional. I would NEVER do business with XPO under any name. My item was finally picked up a week later.

Ordered Dryer from Samsung on 5-22 to Deliver on 5-26. Moved Delivery to 6-2, then moves to Saturday 6-10. They are closed on Saturday. Still waiting, Who at Samsung picked this company?

Surprisingly, the delivery I got from them, which was a/c mini splits was great and went over smoothly! I don't remember the lady I spoke with in their office, but she was very nice to me. Overall, I couldn't believe all the reviews.
