“I visited the store for the first time and was greeted with a warm, friendly welcome from staff. I had a few items to ship & the folks were fast, courteous and professional. “This UPS location meets all my business needs. I maintain a mailbox there, and they are extremely reliable with everything I need done! Whatever the task, the staff is professional, has a positive attitude, and if they don't know how to do something, they lean on each other to get it done. A great team environment. “Getting there was easy trying to find it in the area of shops and stores It was a little bit hectic but walking in I was greeted they knew what I needed they scanned my QR code got the label put it on the box away it went and I went out the door It was less than a minute in the store. Always like to FedEx and I had to work one time at Walmart headquarters with a programmer who left Walmart and went to work for FedEx I guess in the IT division in Tennessee so FedEx on my books is always been very good with customer service and also I find their drivers on the road are usually pretty much following the laws instead of everybody else going around them like they're standing still. As a matter of fact coming back from this morning's MRI happen to get behind a FedEx truck doing exactly what the speed limit was so hats off to you FedEx Good customer service and your driver's pay attention to the road rules.”
