“Tub faucet needs replacing. Only part of the water shifts to shower when knob is pulled sending less water to shower head while continuing to run through faucet. Also the iron was broken as was the ironing board. The room was very clean which made up for these minor malfunctions.”

“Overall a better experience than I was expecting. Being close to the highway was a bit noisy. I missed the turn to get into the parking lot twice and because it’s on a one way street, it was a somewhat lengthy and unexpected detour. The rooms were okay, but they didn’t have a bedside phone to contact the front desk, and surprisingly, there wasn’t a Bible in the drawer. I would stay here again because of how straight forward it is. The breakfast could’ve been better because it’s just nutrigrain bars and Dixie cups to put coffee in from the very small coffee maker.”

Located in a great spot walking distance for fast food & restaurants .only a few min drive to lake Ray Hubbard and the harbor! They are conveniently located right off the highway. . Come on by they will leave the light on for ya”
“Every one talks bad about. But these ppl have been nice and the place isn't to bad. They work with u about issues . I've been staying here almost 4 months. Have went to nicer hotel but just because it was nicer don't mean it was better.”

“Charles was very kind. He nearly put me and my sister on the second floor and I mentioned to him that my sister has a heart condition and fear of heights. He immediately changed it to where it was easier for her to walk nearby. The hotel room was very clean and the swimming pool was nice to swim in. The puppy that was with us was VERY content. Thank you again!”

“When I come to Dallas I choose motel 6 cause it convenient friendly and my home away from home. Only thing I would recommend to gain more guest is to allow their 6th night to be free if they're stay at the facility 6 nights straight then the 6th should be free for loyal customer or since yall partner with Wyndham rewards then accommodate customer with a stay for free on the 6th night”
“I stayed at this motel back in the late 90's and again very recently.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Beds are comfortable.
The housekeeping staff are very friendly
The motel is quiet. Especially at night. Nobody bothers you.
Family owned I'm assuming. Yet very down to earth people.
The 2 gentleman at the front desk are very kind, helpful, and understanding.
The manager is a lovely woman.
I couldn't ask for a better place stay.

“I will give it 4️⃣⭐... Because it is the kind of hotel for a tight budget? or a last-minute place need to be?.. Probably one of the cheapest rooms in the Dallas area?.. It's an older hotel so the rooms a kind of rough?(if you are the type of person with high expectations don't stay here..)⭐⭐(I say this because you won't rate the overall experience fairly based upon the room condition)..⭐⭐
⭐⭐Being fair to the hotel...?⭐⭐ It has some great qualities?, the air works great?.. PLENTY OF PARKING?, THE SHOWER WAS AMAZING (GREAT WATER PRESSURE?, LONG-LASTING HEAT IN THE WATER?...(Which I have not always got at better rated hotels ?) it is conveniently located right off of the highway?..., with a Walmart⭐, a Dollar tree⭐, Whataburger⭐,and a few restaurants ⭐conveniently located across the highway.?.(very easily accessible,? you just take one exit over the freeway.. easy access back?, just drive up the service road take the exit and loop back around?... HONESTLY IF YOU DON'T FEEL LIKE DRIVING, YOU COULD WALK THERE??.. IF YOU DON'T MIND WALKING ??... ⭐⭐I almost forgot they have bus stops that are relatively close, where you can easily catch a bus to downtown Dallas...(SUPERB CONVENIENCE)?⭐⭐Everybody knows I usually get a 5️⃣⭐or a 1️⃣⭐... Honestly, in my opinion 4️⃣⭐, this is a good rating, because of ALL the conveniences ??... Because I have to stayed in 5️⃣⭐ and 4️⃣⭐ rated hotels with ABSOLUTELY NO CONVIENCES?..
So if you ever decide to stay here, or NEED. to stay here, give them a fair rating? just as I did,? sometimes it's not always about the room itself ?ESPECIALLY if you're traveling?, or if you need a quick place..? And yes I have stayed here more than once. ? And would stay again ?”
“This place is reasonable in price65 a night. A pretty convenient place. Shopping is closed as is downtown. The floors need to be cleaned.....otherwise the place is nice, relatively clean and not to much riffraff through the place. I will stay ”

“Nothing negative to say what do ever.. would recommend anyone I know to stay here, offered the cleaning lady money to watch my room and let me know what kinda activity she saw when I want around, she no only refused the cash I offered her but she did what I was asking and even had other people giving me updates, I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else next time im in that area and need to stay somewhere.. I don't give reviews like this before often either, but I had to for this place”
“Im a trucker local to the dallas area, and my truck was out of commission during a 4 day holiday weekend. I had some days to kill so i decided on a 4 day stay here. I was surprised at the hotel stay, its got all the basics, good bed, cold AC, good shower. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room glad serviced regularly. I was in a non smoking room and it didnt smell like smoke! (That is hard to find lol) also the hotel was quiet and it didnt seem to be a party hotel thankfully”
