Motel 6 in Balch Springs is considered one of the nicer Motel 6 locations, with good rooms for the price. The motel is in a small, quiet city and the area is quiet. The front desk staff are repeatedly described as very welcoming, friendly, helpful, accommodating, and professional, providing outstanding customer service. Guests report the rooms are clean, organized, spacious, huge, and seemingly clean. Amenities include good WiFi and a big flat screen TV with many channels. A nearby Dollar General is very convenient. Pets stay free, which is appreciated. However, there are consistent criticisms. The elevator makes loud cranking noises and seems to need maintenance. A funny smell, specifically of marijuana and cigarettes, is noted by some. Housekeeping service is limited to towels and does not include washing the bathtub, sweeping, or changing sheets. Early morning disturbances from housekeeping staff have been reported. The bathtub can appear unclean and there are not many restaurants close by.
Comfortable beds, friendly service, and secure. A great value for the price, though the elevator could use some maintenance.

This place was one of the best Motel 6’s I’ve ever been at. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the service was exceptional!! Fore about 110$ this place feels very secure and friendly. I would recommend anyone in Seagoville to stay here.

This place is hands down one of the cleanest hotel 6 I have seen ! The Manager was so kind and a great help when my door dash order was delivered to the wrong door!! He found where it was and brought it to our door! Thanks so much for the hospitality! Definitely recommend this location. Great high speed wifi as well!
