“This is my favorite USPS location that I have been to here in DFW. There is one lady that is always at the counter. She is amazing and has the best personality and attitude. I have heard folks be so abrupt and rude to her over things that are WAY past her control. She has always smiled politely and finished the transaction. The customer afterwards never paid the price for that. She completely resets for each person. I really appreciate that. The only reason I am rating 4/5 stars is the don't staff the front with enough folks to handle rush lines. Folks definitely aren't watching in the back for her to need assistance up at the counter. She literally has to walk back there and ask for someone to come assist. I have NEVER been inside this location where she isn't the only person working the counter. Doesn't matter how long the line is .... she's the only one there.”
“I know that a lot of people use reviews to complain but I got to tell you, here people have always been profesional and amicable. I wish people bring doing their entitlement two notches and treat other customer service people as they are, humans, specially in the coming season. I remember one day that I was having a really bad day and the lady with glasses (forgot her name) treat me with kindness without even knowing what was going on. I didn’t take it out on her either but having a little bit of patience with me that day made me write this. Thank you!”

“There’s several places marked as Post Office and you show up and it’s only a pick up place, or other issues, ect.. so I just wanted to share that this is an actual small post office at the end of the shopping strip. The doors make it look a little scary- but you walk in and you’ll see a ton of PO Boxes and then you turn right and see the small little post office. The staff were really nice and I was in and out within 2 minutes. Overall great little hidden post office !”

“As bad as the sidewalk and streets and weather is here in Mesquite the sweet mail lady always comes. she does a Wonderful job on our street and does have a hard time getting to the mailboxes but on to the next one.?”
“My beautiful black women rock they went above and beyond I even let them smell my perfume shipment! They even had candy at counter and little Asian man was sharp quick and polite. 5 stars to this group .”
“Other peoples’ ratings were surprising to see, because I have not encountered the same issues they have. I go out of my way to avoid the USPS on Markville Drive when at all possible so that I can go to this one in Lakewood. When I bring my packages in, DJ and Rosalyn are always very helpful and process my packages quickly. I treat them with respect, and they return the favor.”
“Thank you for being so efficient in shipping off my package. Dropped it off Thursday night and it was delivered in Wisconsin by Monday morning. I will continue to drive to this post office to ensure my packages/letters are delivered timely. Also, I’m hoping we can get a self service kiosk in the future, that would be great!!!!”
“Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I went in the morning around 9am. 2 workers, no line, maybe one or two other customers came in while I was there. The older lady seemed a little frustrated but it was understandable because her system was acting up, she passed me along to the other employee to be serviced while she restarted her system. The younger lady who helped me was very nice. She got my packages shipped with out any problems. I would go back and I'd recommend this location to others.”

“Elizabeth Jones helped me out with my package today. I stopped in last week and she told me I could come in after holiday price hikes and my package was NOT hazardous after multiple other locations either told me they could not send my package at all or would cost FAR too much to send my 2.9oz package. I very much appreciate an honest worker. Thank you Elizabeth! I drove way out of my way just so I could send my package though her since I knew she was kind and honest. She remembered me as I walked into the door too, that always feels good :)”
