“My beautiful black women rock they went above and beyond I even let them smell my perfume shipment! They even had candy at counter and little Asian man was sharp quick and polite. 5 stars to this group .”

“This is my favorite USPS location that I have been to here in DFW. There is one lady that is always at the counter. She is amazing and has the best personality and attitude. I have heard folks be so abrupt and rude to her over things that are WAY past her control. She has always smiled politely and finished the transaction. The customer afterwards never paid the price for that. She completely resets for each person. I really appreciate that. The only reason I am rating 4/5 stars is the don't staff the front with enough folks to handle rush lines. Folks definitely aren't watching in the back for her to need assistance up at the counter. She literally has to walk back there and ask for someone to come assist. I have NEVER been inside this location where she isn't the only person working the counter. Doesn't matter how long the line is .... she's the only one there.”
“I know that a lot of people use reviews to complain but I got to tell you, here people have always been profesional and amicable. I wish people bring doing their entitlement two notches and treat other customer service people as they are, humans, specially in the coming season. I remember one day that I was having a really bad day and the lady with glasses (forgot her name) treat me with kindness without even knowing what was going on. I didn’t take it out on her either but having a little bit of patience with me that day made me write this. Thank you!”

“Elizabeth Jones helped me out with my package today. I stopped in last week and she told me I could come in after holiday price hikes and my package was NOT hazardous after multiple other locations either told me they could not send my package at all or would cost FAR too much to send my 2.9oz package. I very much appreciate an honest worker. Thank you Elizabeth! I drove way out of my way just so I could send my package though her since I knew she was kind and honest. She remembered me as I walked into the door too, that always feels good :)”
“There’s several places marked as Post Office and you show up and it’s only a pick up place, or other issues, ect.. so I just wanted to share that this is an actual small post office at the end of the shopping strip. The doors make it look a little scary- but you walk in and you’ll see a ton of PO Boxes and then you turn right and see the small little post office. The staff were really nice and I was in and out within 2 minutes. Overall great little hidden post office !”
“USPS has been around a long time. To say we don't need them would be out of place. I have used the usps for many years with good and bad experiences. If you have patience and determination, you can get through anything that would lead you through the process of using the usps. Everyone location has pros and cons. I would recommend slowing down and taking a slow pace to make sure you have the patience needed. Stay calm.”
“It's a post office. What sets it apart is the history behind it. Clearly the road in front of it was used as a practice bombing range for bombers in WWII and beyond. Come see the history. Come feel the history as your spine is slammed against the roof of your car when you drive over a bomb crater. Come test the shocks in your car, truck, off road vehicle, or tank. Regardless of what you drive, your shocks are going to be ruined.”
“I absolutely Adore of People working at this Post Office. They ARE So Helpful. This post office is small, but you can feel care. I see a lot of people complain about the delivery. But that has nothing to do with the stuff working over there. And, again, thank you So much Larry, everyone, for your care! “Thank you for being so efficient in shipping off my package. Dropped it off Thursday night and it was delivered in Wisconsin by Monday morning. I will continue to drive to this post office to ensure my packages/letters are delivered timely. Also, I’m hoping we can get a self service kiosk in the future, that would be great!!!!”

“I had a package marked delivered on Saturday but I did not get it. Hoped it would show up Monday but it didn't. I was able to ask the carrier and she reported to her supervisor right away. Her supervisor was able to pull up a picture using the tracking number and noted the sender had written the wrong house number! The carrier was able to collect the package and delivered it to me the same day! I just have to say great teamwork and thank you to Kit and Amber! You ladies are Awesome!”
