“Very pleased with my curbside order on this date. Target had an employee already outside with a cart full of curbside orders ready to go, including my order. The employee was very polite and quickly handed us our product allowing us to spend less than a minute in our parking space.”
“About a year ago I shopped at this walmart and during check out I had a seizure. The staff was so kind to me, didn't ask a million questions just asked if I needed with my help to the car. One of their employees offered to push me in a wheel chair I was too weak to walk. My partner was really worried and he drove us home. I recovered at home, but I really want to take the time to leave a review about how special this team is. They are a big part of the community and they care about their shoppers. “A good department store with enough items of different types, whether personal or for the home, sells its own brand things as well as other good quality brands and has different promotions for various items but some of its prices seemed quite high for some items of all kinds, the same items that you can find elsewhere at a much lower price but in general everything is good.”

“I had the most amazing experience at Macy’s, thanks to an incredibly kind and helpful employee named Robin. From the moment we walked in, she went above and beyond to assist us. I was shopping for a semi-formal dress for an event tomorrow, and she not only pointed me in the right direction but also helped me find a coat.
I haven’t shopped at Macy’s in years, and I honestly don’t remember receiving this level of service—Robin made me feel like royalty! She deserves a promotion for her exceptional customer care. She went out of her way to show me where all the departments were.
Robin was also so sweet to my 7-year-old, complimenting her good behavior and making her feel special. This experience was memorable for both of us, and we’ll definitely be back—hopefully to see Robin again! Macy’s, you have a true gem on your team! There was another very helpful employee upstairs in the formal dresses department, but I didn’t catch her name.
Macy’s has really upped their customer service game!! Such a great experience today, I had to share about it!”

“This place is my addiction. Where else can one justify spending $150-$300 weekly? It's necessities at bargain basement prices, y'all!...but the girls at the check-out have a bad habit of overlooking ink security tags and leaving them attached to purchased clothes and shoes despite setting off the security alarm before exiting and again after post-double check clearance. Sure enough, I find the tag once home...that send me back the next day, and I end up dropping another round of bucks!”

“This event took place last night. Cam and Chloe I believe were their names. They were absolutely amazing and God sent. One of the fitting room employee cursed me out and threatened me over me not doing exactly what she wanted. I feel like I was at fault because I told her No I would not do what she asked and that set her off to threaten me. The managers on site last night were on it and deserve 16 hours of PTO. Just my thought. Thanks y'all so much. I love my clothes. ???”

“This is my safe place! The staff is very helpful and sweet. Always willing to check inventory and walk you over! Target is rather new for me as a shopper, but the CVS within the store is convenient. Pharmacists are all gracious. The Starbucks is a nice touch especially when they can bring your drink to drive up pickup for your Target purchases.”

Came to say that I truly feel like my store did it the right way.. limit was 1 per person. , they made us walk in a line to the cups, directly handed us what we wanted, then we had to go straight to check out to purchase! I recently visited this Target in San Antonio and had a great experience overall. Right from the moment I walked in, the staff stood out—they were super friendly and incredibly helpful. Whether it was helping me find a specific item or just offering a warm greeting, their customer service was top-notch.
The store itself was spotless and very well-organized. Everything was fully zoned and stocked, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. There were only a few minor items missing from the shelves, but nothing that affected my trip.
I was especially impressed with the speed and convenience of the self-checkout process. It was quick and efficient, and when I did need assistance, the attendant was right there and ready to help without any delay.
Even the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus when you’re out shopping.
Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant shopping trip. I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars just because there’s always a little room for improvement—but I’ll definitely be coming back!”
