“This rating and review are directly for the young man (didnt catch his name, but I think he was the only one there) who helped me yesterday (Aug 17th, just after 11am)! I had a large amazon box that I needed help getting out of my trunk. I asked him if he could help me get it inside and without hesitation he came out and just carried it in himself! It saved my back, truly lol. He was a pleasure with that and other returns I had. I typically have a positive experience with UPS and their in-store staff, but this was the cherry on top!
