Went in to print some items because owning a personal printer has been prohibitively expensive for over a decade. The process to email and print was very easy and there was no line. Joshua thank you are truly a customer service person . I couldn't figure out how to download copies and I asked girl in the back at desk and Manager and both did not want to help me . Joshua step up and gladly helped me. I am forever Grateful.

Even though there was a little bit of a wait, I was acknowledged and advised of the wait. Roxanne was very busy and still managed to keep a smile on her face! She provided Great customer service!! Thanks again Roxanne!
