βMay2025: 4β: I stopped by this fuel station to top off my vehicle and do a bit of shopping as well. All of the pumps appeared to be operational but there was an issue using my application to pay for the fuel I wanted to purchase. There were few cars on this visit so I was able to get to an empty pump and get out quickly. As usual I enjoy getting my vehicle washed after I top off my fuelβ

βI absolutely love this store and it is my happy placeβ¦except for one thing. The womenβs bathroom. It is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Managers, you need to step it up and keep this bathroom immaculate. Remember, your customers keep you in businessβ¦the least you can do is provide a clean restroom. I canβt and wonβt even begin to describe the horror. Unsanitary, unsafe, unbelievable.β
βBought 5 horse stall mats on 6/23. The two guys there were very polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me load. I also saw him interact with other customers and was managing busy lines very politely. Thanks to these two!β
βWhile the Flower Mound store seems to be a very slightly smaller Kohl's, I can generally find what I want. It's usually very tidy and clean, and every associate I've encountered has been helpful and very personable.β
βOn 7/22, my husband and I went to Dillardβs to purchase a comforter for our new king-size bed. We had just bought a new house and our first king sized bed and were excited about our purchase. Without checking the bagβsomething we didnβt think we needed to doβwe bought the comforter and left. Two days later, when our bed arrived, we opened the bag to place the comforter on the bed, only to find that it had stains and appeared to have been used.
The next day, my husband returned to Dillardβs to exchange the comforter, but he was told that they couldnβt do anything about it. The store insisted they would never have put a stained comforter back on the shelf and even insinuated that we were lying. We were appalled by this response and couldnβt believe what we were hearing. The lady over that department was so rude. We donβt know how this comforter ended up back on the shelves, but we are not responsible for the storeβs mistake. We are honest citizens and would never do the things they implied.
I refuse to let $108 go to waste. Dillardβs needs to either refund our money or provide us with a new comforter. This situation is unacceptable, and I expected much better service. I have never been treated like this before. I am so tired of dealing with this mess.

I spoke with the store manager Jason and he was able to fix my issue so I thought I come back and edit my review. Still not giving a 5 star because this whole process was stressful and the lady we spoke with was extremely rude!! Glad everything was handled though :)β
βAlways a good experience at this location. I've ordered curbside pickup for a few household items and the staff is friendly and helpful in loading to my car.
I love going just to browse and see what new treasures I can find. I can spend up to 2 hours just browsing.β
βWe were fortunate to have Steve repair our washing machine. Working with him was a great experience. He is knowledgeable, personable, efficient and terrific at communicating schedule updated time of arrival (which is very important when you have an entire day appointment schedule) Couldn't ask for better service. βLove the variety. Store clean and organized. The only thing i wasn't pleased with are the tremendous long lines to check out. Two or three at a time. Line was to the back of the store.β

βKhols is the most underrated store. If u kno..u kno!! It's mid July and we grabbed back to school backpacks (they have Nike Adidas and JANSPORT!!) the freshest drops all together with a huge variation of same style lunch boxes! Everything is on sale and they coupon so much! I save $256.00 on a $543.00!!! it was CRAZY! I COLLECTED $100 in khols cash with this purchase which brings my bill basically down to $443.00 in all reality!β

βI like TJ Maxx it feels like your mystery shopping. You just never know what youβre gonna find. That being said they seem to be losing their luster. The clothes look very dated. The patterns are extremely busy and they donβt feel fresh and crisp and new Iβve seen better in past years, I hope they take the time to reevaluate their stores and actually try to give these women what they want because we are all over the shopping arena. We shop for our men for our boys for our mothers and our fathers for our children and friends,. we actually hold the key to the city. For the nations, gross domestic products. βWent to this walmart, since it's closer to where we live. Things are so much easier to find. The store is cleaner. They are rarely out of things we go to buy. Will keep shopping here. The store is clean, the associates take pride in this store, cashiers are friendly. Just an overall great walmart store.β

I was having problems with my glasses, but Sherie, the manager, was very patient and came with me to the doctor to explain my situation and then I came back to the vision center and Kinjal, the associate, walked me through how to use my progressive glasses. I am very happy I went to Walmart Vision Center in Grapevine and would highly recommend the vision center to my friends and family.β
βIts cool yes, but you guys are falling behind store look wise . Go to grapevine or the other Walmart with the drones in the parking lot and its a much better and organized place to shop at. In comparison the keller one is still looking like the day it was built !β

βI went into Sephora a few days ago a little nervous as I rarely use make up and needed a complete set of everything including being color matched for a really big event I was attending.
Not too many customers in the store and Sam was moving from Person to person. I told her I needed to be color matched. She asked me a few questions on skin type and skin care and BAM first one she picked was a perfect match.
She took the time to help me pick Everything I neededβ¦. Took the time to explain what the product was and why she recommended it. Explained the return policy. She was very helpful and amazing.
Just wanted to say thankyou to Sam and I got tons of compliments at the event.β

Patiently waited for her to smile and her pictures turned out amazing. βIt's a decent store, not as nice as some but better than others. I am a little weirded out by the loss prevention guy with curly hair that follows me all the time.... I think it stems from when I would go with my late mom, who had a stroke, and would literally spend 2+ hours there lol. But like dude, I don't steal. I like to browse. Target has some neat stuff! And my momma takes FOREVER to shop because she loves Target, and Decatur doesn't have one! So she spends her time in there! Lol but bro, please, stop following me. I'm not who you need to be looking out for. Lol but, do your job bro, good on you. I am not worried about the watching, lol but just know I see you sir lol ?β
