“Amazing experience, I dreaded entering because my acct had issues and i had been avoiding dealing with it because the 4 previous online customer service people had not secured it and it kept getting accessed. However, I was extremely impressed when I entered the Corinth AT&T. Mason quickly comprehended my issue and immediately knew how to handle it. Went above and beyond to assure my account was the way it needed to be and that this would not happen further. He's so intelligent at his job. I think he is the best multi tasked worker I’ve ever met but that did not cause lack of detail. He’s very thorough, friendly, and fast. “My phone has an apparent mishap after going naked, without a screen protector, for a few days. The holidays got ahead of me and I found myself with a nasty crack on my iPhone. Thankfully, I had insurance through my phone carrier and they were able to schedule a repair at this location the very next day. I couldn't stand to stare at the broken screen and be reminded that my life wasn't together. I came first thing in the morning and Bimala made sure she was communication with me throughout the whole process. She is a gem of a human and was so pleasant to chat with. She kept the entire place running smoothly and was on top of everything. Hopefully, I don't need to return but will find myself using this location if another mishap occurs.”
