“This location is great. The people work with you and appreciate your business. However, my review is for AT&T as a company. One day last week I got off work and my phone was off! I drove straight here. The store manager called customer support and the representative told me that I didn't make a payment in June and July. I knew I did. She then said my payments were made BUT they had been reversed, saying I took the money back! I told her not only did I NOT do that, but I didn't even know that was possible! A few days later, I saw a payment made to AT&T from my PayPal account on 6/22. I see a payment made to AT&T from my Capital One bank account on 7/19. What I do NOT see is the reverse of these funds coming back to me. Now they're trying to make me pay for June & July when I've already paid!! Did I mention that I paid a $207 bill in August and my balance was $0 in August. Then all of a sudden here it is October and I failed to pay in June & July!! This is absolutely insane and I need to know where my 2 payments are!!”

“Mr Vincent J is the bomb! It was Sunday at 520 pm so closed to time to go home but he so patiently did everything he could to untangle the mess that the e-SIM card and the Travel Pass created on my trip when I went overseas to visit wheelchair bound dad. Between all the medical appointments, I literally trekked my way to the huge Verizon Singapore tower only to be told it was not authorized to help retail customers like myself even though I am traveling on business, had a business plan, signed up for the daily Travel Pass. The tech came out after explaining my dilemma and my broken foot to give me some options, but no luck. Even numerous international calls on my dime in the middle of the night, trekking 1 km to 24 coffee shops because Verizon needed a strong WiFi to activate the e-SIM, everything was a bust. Vincent took the time to troubleshoot, called tech support and got on hold, finally solved my issue with a new SIM card, working well pass his closing time. No complaints, no drama, empathetic and thorough. That, is a true American worker we need to reward.”

“I went to the store to return my trade in and to check on something with my account. Everyone was helpful but Chasity was outstanding. She noticed I was a Marine vet and acknowledged my service and thanked me. Although I don't expect it, it's very much appreciated when someone takes the time to pay attention to details. While I was in the store, numerous other customers and reps had questions and concerns that needed her assistance, and she managed her time efficiently and effectively so that everyone got the right attention and their needs taken care of. She has helped me tremendously where no other manager has ever gone above and beyond to really make me a happy customer. I ended up getting a bigger and better bundle for CHEAPER than what I was paying before! ! I had no idea I could get everything I got in one bundle for better then what I had before! “My wife and I went to the store yesterday to upgrade a phone. We were fortunate enough to be helped by Jack. First and foremost, Jack reviewed our account to see if he could save us money. After a review we learned we could save a substantial amount of money and increase our service coverages. We ended up purchasing several items. Jack took the time to explain each of the pros and cons of each device and did not try to up-sale us. We enjoyed Jack’s customer service so much we went back to the store today to get another device. If you are looking for a pressure free, friendly, enjoyable experience and need a new or upgraded device, I recommend you go see Jack.”

“This was my best experience getting cell service and a new phone. Changed from T-Mobile to Metro and saving $40.00 a month for basically the same service. Got a new phone that's a T-Mobile brand and it works much better than my old phone that cost hundreds more. The gentleman even put my screen protector on for me. He also got me set up on my basic accounts so I didn't have to mess with that. Much appreciated! I was in and out in under an hour. Also very much appreciated! ??? “I had the experience of going to this location yesterday to get my phone activated and return my old phone to a UPS shipping store. The women that helped me {Ana} was very helpful and gave above and beyond customer service skills and was very knowledgeable about the services and what offers I had to upgrade my phone plan with resetting my phone. It was one of the best experiences that I have EVER had with AT&T. From the service over the phone getting my new phone, to her exceptional help... I would highly recommend coming back to this location as well. It's a nice layout store and very clean as well. If, you ever need assistance with anything Apple, I would suggest getting Ana to help you out with anything you may need help with! I would also like to take a brief moment to thank the manager Cody, for helping me out as well because he came over to check in with us & making sure that I personally was taking care of and taking our trash from the products I purchased that we needed to get rid of the access I didn't need anymore. You have a wonderful store and your employees are nothing but friendly and very helpful, so keep up the great work and if I ever need any additional help with any products or services, I will be coming to this store. “Kamish (not sure about spelling) solved our problem, finally! I spent hours over the course of a week with customer support trying to figure out why the phone SIM card would not sync to the network. Kamish was able to do an “upgrade” in the system ($27) with our existing phone and with a new SIM card. Took about 30 minutes. This all occurred due to using an eSIM card for international travel and swapping back to using the physical SIM. I would highly suggest if you travel abroad, just buy a burner phone with data and voice in that country. Also, the customer support team needs more training and they need to have reference numbers for the call. I’m surprised that all they have are internal notes about the call but no follow up emails. That’s not good. I had to call every time and get the same procedures. Check the IMEI, ICCID, updated iOS, reset network settings. At least billing department sent me a ticket number when I requested refund for the eSIM cards that provided no coverage in Costa Rica. For now I’m satisfied with the outcome. But overall, Boost won’t have me as a customer for much longer.”

“I have been to a bunch of wireless phone stores both company stores and authorized resellers (even though they are not labeled as such on the store itself. You have to ask) But the store on 121 in Euless….is my favorite store by far. They know their company and they know their business. The part I liked best is that they are polite, professional and upbeat. They have time for you and will answer all of your questions. They don’t rush you or talk down to you. They are quick to explain and look up things if needed. Kevin, I think he is the Manager or an Asst Manager…is down to earth real !!! Again, doesn’t try and show you he is the manager…he is just polite, professional and willing to help in anyway he can. So glad I stopped in this store…it’s now my go to place for answers and accessories !!”
