“Absolutely outstanding help from a gentleman by the name of Sam. My phone would not turn on for anything and after going to T-mobile and Metro PCS for phone help both locations suggested to buy a new phone. I walked into CPR and Sam soft reset my phone and got it to turn on within 2 minutes of being there. Also took the time to explain to me how the charging port pins and cleaning process works.(Due to me thinking I had a bad charging port). After he checked my phone for any internal damage messages/error codes in the cache he did not find anything. After getting me fully operational again I asked how much I owed him for his time and to my surprise he said ,”nothing at all and he was glad he could help.” Sam, thank you again sir! I hope I never have to go to a cell phone repair shop again but if I do, you will be my first call sir.”
“I have been looking for someone who could help me with my IPod for several years. Finally the site came up for CPR and the location in Flower Mound Texas stated they worked on this product. Part was ordered and received in two days as promised. I took it in for part replacement and it was quickly completed. I was very happy with the whole process.”

Unknown to us, my wife’s plan has insurance and the associate, Naomi, was incredibly helpful in alerting us and letting us use her tablet to process the claim. However, I was extremely impressed when I entered the Corinth AT&T. Mason quickly comprehended my issue and immediately knew how to handle it. Went above and beyond to assure my account was the way it needed to be and that this would not happen further. He's so intelligent at his job. I think he is the best multi tasked worker I’ve ever met but that did not cause lack of detail. He’s very thorough, friendly, and fast.
