“It was an awesome day today (Sunday, July 28, 2024- evening shift) I appreciated the extra help and info from the gentleman in the Pet Dept! Thank you very much Sir! A high 5 to the sweet lady in the Ladies Apparel who made it possible to obtain the pants off of the mannequin ( the only size S available). Just too sweet...and hilarious!!! A big thanks to you too Ms. You both were wonderful ??❤️”

Update - After much public outcry on social media, this store has finally repaired their parking lot! Many, many people complained, and the lot was repaved in the last week.
Thanks to everyone that helped make this problem known, and yes, thanks to the Family Dollar Corporation for finally taking care of this problem!!

Great people, terrible parking lot!!
The parking lot is deplorable - just take a look at the pictures here. I cannot ride a bicycle across the lot! Some of the holes are 6 ft. across and 2 feet deep!!!
This represents a clear and present danger to elderly persons, people in wheelchairs as well as cars!!
The owners simply do not care, and this has been a problem for years.
Do not go here!!!

“This store is a rather typical discount store here in Bay City. In general the store was acceptably clean, and was accessible for persons with wheelchairs or walkers. Thankfully, the isles were not crowded with boxes and unstocked merchandise, as is the case with many such storesI did wish to compliment the store for having very courteous and friendly help. They have always been extremely nice to me each time I visit.”

“Decent store my only gripe is the checkout. Very slow and only has one lane open. Outside of that it’s a Marshalls. Look and you might find what you are looking for and something you weren’t”
