“I love my apartment ! New office team is great ! They Have done an amazing job cleaning this place up. Makes it feel like I live in an apartment community instead of the hood !!! The first apartments I've ever lived in that when the management changed and they said they were gonna Remodel or upgrade WHATEVER you wanna call it They actually DID!! MOST PLACES SAY THAT AND JUST CHANGE THE NAME OF THE APARTMENTS :[
My bldg has some awesome people around now i actually Enjoy going outside and visiting with my immediate neighbors :) The maintenance men are very professional & fix things in a timely manor!! Thanks guys :)
ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE AND HAVE HAD SINCE I MOVED HERE A FEW YEARS AGO IS THE POOL IS ALMOST NEVER OPEN !! I can count on one hand how many times i've been able to swim since I moved in 4 OR 5 YEARS AGO !! THAT'S ABSOLUTELY CRAZY TO ME......”

“I really like living here, neighbors are for the most part friendly. It’s quiet and safe. The pool was only closed once during the summer, we had a Thanksgiving dinner at the leasing office which was exactly what we needed.”

“I was here for 3yrs. and enjoyed my stay. Managers and staff were always responsive to any issues that I had. Great location for me at the time with many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Convenient covered parking was a huge plus for me as well. Many upgrades were being made to the property in my last month there. If you are in the market for a safe and quiet apartment with reasonable rent rates, I would recommend a visit to Vista Pointe.”

“This place has been great, great maintenance crew on site very fast with fixing any problems that may arise. This apartment complex is gated and has a very consistent valet trash service along with being close to Garth road and having easy access to surrounding highways. Very quiet place to live & has a lot of services available to tenants.”
