βMy service advisor, Karah, was friendly and efficient and kept me posted on progress throughout. Even though it was close to closing time, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable the whole time, never rushed! When I had a small concern, the service manager, Vince, actually called me himself to resolve it. He was great! The waiting area is always clean, seating is comfortable and abundant, free Wi-Fi, free coffee bar, chargers for your phone/laptops, etc. I buy my cars and have them serviced only through community Toyota! I've had great experiences with both the sales department and service department. Also, and the service department... A highly recommend ask for Aaron Alonso to do your work! Amazing mechanic!β
βMy 28 year old classic Mustang looks new again. These guys did a wonderful job painting this car an original Red. Not many shops take the time to paint an entire car, but these guys did a great job taking pieces apart and painted a beautiful Laser Red GT.β

βNew Year, dead battery. Initially called AutoZone. They were unable to assist in installing my battery due to it being in trunk. I reached out to O'Reilly. Juan answered and gave me prices on the new battery. He also stated that he could install. Juan was very polite and helpful. He installed my battery in minutes. Juan also checked my old battery to ge sure it wasn't taking a charge. Dead as doorknob! Go see Juan!β

On the same day, I went to two other locations regarding brakes and rotors and all my warranties were in place and I was told that I wasnβt able to use my warranty. I went to the store that I do all my business which is the Baytown store and when I spoke to Anne, she understood everything that was needed and honored my warranty. βWent in for death wobble on Jeep. Realized very quickly my issue was probably way under their pay grade. So many custom trucks with wild lifts and the biggest tires I have ever seen. Anyway, Kevin was super humble and brought my truck right in and started inspecting the various components. He tightened a couple bolts and low and behold, my issue went away. He didn't try and sell me a bunch of parts I didn't need. He was super honest and straightforward. I highly recommend this shop and these guys. Oh, and they don't charge 50 dollars for shop towels like so many other offroad shops.β
