“I’ve had a great experience with this shop. I brought in my car after having a bad experience with another shop but in Pasadena. Having taking it here after that was a great decision. The staff was very helpful and informative. Pricing is decent. They were able to complete things to get my vehicle inspection ready without trying to overcharge me or sell me extra things I don’t care for. Especially considering it’s a 2005 car that I just need to get to work. They were able to explain to me the diagnosis and were very communicative throughout the time it was being worked on. I felt I was having more of a conversation about what I was comfortable with doing and spending. Definitely wish I hadn’t used so much money elsewhere to not even have my initial ticket completed. “On 31 January, I had my oil changed and a Jiffy Lube near my house. I owned a hotshot trucking company which I drive myself as a owner operator. I left my house on the first headed towards la Porte Texas with a load. On a stop I made I noticed I had oil dripping from the bottom of my motor when I looked closely it was coming from the oil filter, but I wasn’t sure because, I also had my transmission fluid flushed and I thought maybe my transmission was leaking, so I found a local Jiffy Lube. I found one here on Center Street and I went in there and told them my problem that group of guys that were there was super attentive. They got my truck in there finding out that the fuel filter that was put on there had a tiny hole in it and also the gasket was blown out, thank God I found out when I did and thank God I took it to them cause they replaced my filter topped off my oil and told me to have a good day. They didn’t even charge me but he did ask for the phone number of where I had it done, and I gladly gave it to him. Just want to say you guys are top-notch and I owe you guys if I wouldn’t took my truck to you i could’ve blown my engine they told me five stars in my book thank you guys.”

“Victor was amazing. Literally turned a 3 star review to a 5star. He took initiative and fixed an issue I had. Constantly kept me updated on my car as I had plans to go out of town Saturday. When the Parts came he told me to come in so they can put the parts to my car. I ended up coming later than planned bc of work and so there was a possibility that my car wouldn’t be repaired until Saturday morning. He made sure to me that they will try their best to complete it by tonight if not by Saturday morning by 9. Victor and the repair team came through fixed it before closing and now I for sure will be on schedule with my plans. Thank you Victor for all you do!”
