“I went here on the recommendation of a friend who's friend told him to go---and I was not disappointed! The jerks at a Ford dealership had 4 years ago not used a torque wrench and thus jammed the oil drain plug so tightly that neither I nor twice at an oil change place could un-jam the plug. McBroom's said that it would be a $700 job if they needed to remove and replace the oil pan if that was the only way that I could get the old oil out of the vehicle...and I said I understood and agreed (Googling the issue jibed with them) since I figured that I'd better be getting that oil changed after 4 years...even if only 16,000 miles. Even that $700 price is $200 below what Google reported as the Houston area average price for that job. They were able to get the already-wrecked plug out, and installed a new one after changing the oil...and also did a chassis lube as I had asked---all for under $100...thank you LORD! They could've went ahead and told me that they needed to at least remove the oil pan...and I would've been happy with that---but being decent folk, they did not. They also had it done in around an hour. 5-STARS and 2 thumbs up.”

“Recently used Autoline for the first time. I needed my 2018 4Runner X-REAS suspension system deleted and replaced with standard shocks and struts and wheel alignment.

I dealt with Ms. Bailey in the front office and their service manager Mr. Alan on the estimate and repairs; both were very knowledgeable and helpful. Their quote was about 25% below what the dealership quoted so I had them perform the work.

Once the parts were in, we scheduled the work and they had it completed by the next day. Alan showed me the work that was done and introduced me to the mechanic who performed the job. I don’t recall his name but he was also very professional and knowledgeable… thank you again for doing a great job on my car! The entire team in this shop were great and answered all my questions.

I was very pleased with how they did on the 4Runner, so I brought in my 2001 Frontier for diagnosis of its front brakes which were sticking/binding up. I suspected caliper issues since these were the original calipers and the truck is rarely driven. Their diagnosis confirmed that and they recommended replacing both front brake pads, rotors & calipers, and cleaning & adjusting the rear brakes, which we did. The costs were about what I expected, and it now runs like new.

Great team, fair prices and quick turnaround with good workmanship and follow-up. I’ll be using them again and would recommend Autoline to anyone who needs auto services done.”

“I had a terrible experience with a local dealership that sold me a used vehicle with the impression everything was fine. Unfortunately that was a lie! The tires were mis matched and just off I asked the dealership about this and they said it wasn’t a big deal. Brought my new to me truck to Firestone and spoke with Randall who then informed me the truck I purchased should have never left the deal ship lot that the tires were not road worthy. He then helped me get all new tires all the way around and I feel much safer. He and the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful! I will never take my vehicles any where else or trust a dealership service department again.”
