“Brought my vehicle in for engine recall and even though it took several weeks for the repair, Ms. Sandra kept me updated and informed the whole time. Any question I had she was able to answer. Ms. Sandra made me feel comfortable so I appreciate her so much. My car is running great and would recommend their services.”
“These guys are awesome. Lets face it, you're not going to Planet Ford or Sterling McCall for a reason, you need a buy here pay here that will work with you and not pressure you. These guys are it. I bought a used car from them almost 2 years ago now, and its still going strong. They are willing to work with you on payments if you work with them to. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone I see looking for something more affordable that doesn't come with all the hassle”
“We bought a traverse there and 4 hours later it broke down. we took it back and Eldon put it in the shop they thought it was fixed but unfortunately it was no good. We returned it and they did try to help put us in another but unfortunately the prices was just to much for what we wanted. They did give us a 90 day warranty and tried to help unfortunately we decided to move on. They are good people and they returned our money.”
“Bought the car I was really looking for and turned down by other dealerships. M.A. Autos made it seamless and put me in the best car above all I previously tried to get. Better than the rest.”

“So we had bought a 2013 bmw and at our 2 month mark the car started to have problems so I took it to get looked at and they kept it there for a while then after a couple of days they blessed us with a rental which was completely amazing for helping us get around, now they are going to help us get into a new vehicle. We are very much appreciated by the amazing workers for helping us out?”
“Great dealer. Had exactly what I was looking for. Give Reed a call and he will do the very best to get or locate what u are looking for and not put u in an office and strong arm u to do anything u don't want to do. Awesome experience and I know where I will be going from now on to do my shopping.”
“I have nothing but great things to say about Auto Plex Baytown. Very friendly and helpful staff! We have no complaints on our dealings here. They will work with you!”
“I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with buying my first car. Gustavo was very helpful and I could definitely see myself recommending this place to a family or friend. Thanks guys”

“Kerry and Liz were both great and made sure everything was hunky dory before I left. Swift and easy process. Recommend for all. The manager David ensured everything was great before I left as well.”
