“I’ve only been going to GR Cure for a couple of months and I just wanna say what a difference it is between going to the chain pharmacies….Walgreen’s, CVS, etc. and going to an independently owned and operated pharmacy. What I’ve observed at the chain pharmacies is the employees are like robots just going through the motions and customers are treated more like numbers than they are people and you rarely see the same pharmacist or pharmacy tech twice. That’s been my experience anyway. At GR Cure, they’re like family and they treat you as such. You’re always greeted when you walk in the door by the staff and they’re so friendly, polite and compassionate. Thank you GR Cure!”
“They have really good prices on their fuel. If you have a Kroger discount membership card, you can use it at the pump and you get a discount on your fuel. The pumps are really far apart, so you do not have problems getting in nor out when they are busy.”

“What friendly service! Kroger really got it all here in this location, no wonder it's a marketplace! They have little cars for kids and it's super deep so a lot of items fit. Wide lines along all aisles I was able to effortlessly weave through stopped carts and even the community is so humble.”

“Bakery DepartmentAnd who said "Old Fashion Customer Service" was dead? I recently ordered a Birthday Cake with a BLACK PANTHER theme. The ordering was easy. The scheduling was made within a few minutes on a late afternoon on monday, and off I went home. I was picking up the cake on Wednesday morning. The following day, I received a phone call there was a discrepancy with the chosen decorative topping I chose ( there were two options). No problem, I'll go with the other one, i was okay with it but not excited about the decision. A few hours later I received another call, it was the same lady from the prior call, she was so lovely. She told me she understood the importance of a festive birthday cake and she and her staffed looked for a better Black Panther decorative option and found one! They saved the day!! The demeanor of the communication from the Bakery Deptartment was genuine and eager to please. The cake was so delicious. And the Black Panther decorations rocked!”

I was having a bad day and I was angry when I left. I didn’t say anything to my attendees but I l cursed under my breath when I left and was visibly agitated. Which could have been taken personally.

“The pharmacy at this store is horrible. I was out of town and had to pick up a prescription at this store but they took so long I had to have it pulled to another location. However while I was waiting I met some of the sweetest people at the front. Rose was amazing and she and I had such a good conversation that I forgot how upset I was about my prescription for a moment. The manager that night was very sweet and compassionate. I was on the aisle confused about what to purchase since I couldn’t get my prescription right away and she made some great suggestions. I believe her name was Princess or maybe Precious. The five stars go to those two employees because they really made my shopping experience better. The pharmacy gets no stars.”

“I was driving through Mont Belvieu to the airport to go out of the country. I realized I had left my medication at home. It’s a medication that raises my blood pressure, so it’s something I depend on. I called H-E-B who told me it would be hours to get a transfer. I called MD pharmacy and the man who helped me told me he can get it filled in 10 minutes. He spoke with my doctor’s office, And got it for me immediately so that I wasn’t late for my flight. Truly amazing people that work there. They really went above and beyond and were so kind about it. Thank you, MD pharmacy!!”
