This is the type of person you want running these type of facility, I've had a terrible experience in more than 90% of storage facilities with terrible management practices.

“I rented a 10’x10’ storage unit & when I went to it, it measured 8’9”x9’4”. In the rental office they have the measurements on the floor & it measures 10’x10’. But besides that the manager was very nice & I’m pretty sure she wasn’t aware of the measurements.”

“I have to say that I have had many storage units in my lifetime with some really bad customer service but at Bay mini storage I dealt with a young lady name Sarah she was amazing answered all my questions very knowledgeable on the units and prices keep up the great work I would recommend this location 100%”
“My experience was top tier since me calling to reserve a space! The customer service from the ladies in the office was Amazing. They made my experience to be the best especially during a time when I was going through some changes. My storage was just the right size for my furniture and the facility stayed clean and accessible during allowed hours. My only complaint was the increase in my rent, I supposed I don’t understand why a storage space should increase rent. I mean there aren’t any amenities just storage, nothing has changed with the storage, I’m just saying. Most people are storing for financial reasons and now is not the time to be going up on the monthly rent! Think about it! Any hoo the storage and experience was Nice!”

“Excellent experience and service! I needed 2 spots to park large vehicles in a secure facility and this was definitely the place! Location is central in Baytown which is one of the best if you know the area. Very safe, very secure. the staff went above and beyond. Pricing was very fair and we will definitely use this facility again when the need arises. All my expectations were exceeded.”
“I’ve been using this storage facility for about 4 years now! As my business needs have changed they have been very accommodating to my needs for multiple storage buildings and parking spaces. Michael and Brittany are the best around. We looked into other storage possibilities but they needed copies of titles of vehicles being stored, etc…we’ve never had a problem here and I can access my secure storage 24/7. They are gated and cameras all over the facility and well lit. I highly recommend these wonderful people and their facility….”
