We had issues a couple of times where we broke down and someone from the Mr. Dan without hesitation went to where my wife was and able to get her vehicle going and his son Zach did the same for me as well. Mr. Dan and Zach run the business the way everyone should run their business, with passion, care and love for people always putting customers first. A friend suggested I check Destination Ford over in East Bernard. I met with Javier there. He showed me several trucks and I eventually selected one and purchased it. Javier was knowledgeable and put me at ease. The manager, as well as the finance guy were great,too.
I've had my truck for about 2 months now. They have kept in contact with me and quickly and professionally handled a few minor issues that arose.
It's well worth the drive to check them out.”

He suggested different methods to go about fixing things and gave great insight on future issues my 2012 honda might have. And he was able to get everything done in a timely manner. “I was referred to Guy by my neighbor who's been in this neighborhood for years and had nothing but great experiences the couple of times that I have brought my car by now. Does it sometimes take a second because they're very busy? Yes. But I know it by now so I stay on top of it on the phone if I need my car, or wait patiently if I don't. Overall, they're very honest (One time, Guy offered not to charge me for the replacement labor if I brought in my own battery, which he did) and I trust that they know what they're doing. I have been to other mechanics that did not give me the same peace of mind and this is not a good feeling when driving your car on Houston highways.”
