John fixed ball joints and mentioned the other repairs were not urgently needed ., but I needed to take care of them next time .I was pleased with the repairs performed . I was also happy with price as compared to other garages. John was also willing to drop off vehicle to my home due to my busy schedule. I have found a great mechanic who is not there to take money off you, but fix what is required on your vehicle. Thanks Shipley automotive garage.”

The only thing I don't like is they don't work weekends. you have to pay 2 days of rental car and not knowing exactly when the car will be done is hard because you don't know what to do with the rental either keep it or send it back. But other than that they do good work and I would recommend them.”

David actually went and got the radiator and took care of my vehicle in a very quick manner.

“On Christmas Eve, approximately 2 hours prior to closing, I contacted the service department and was promptly accommodated. They welcomed us to come over, and upon inspection, the issue was identified. Although they couldn't provide a solution to the problem, they plugged and aired the tire, enabling us to drive to the nearest tire shop. The staff was courteous and made an effort to assist us without charge. I appreciate the efforts of the front desk personnel.”

“I have nothing but great things to say about this auto shop. I have taken 2 vehicles here for different services needed. One car had an air conditioning issue not blowing cold air. Turned out to be something simple but he did a very thorough job on the repair to make sure his work was done right the first time! Second vehicle a family member accidentally added diesel fuel to their car instead of gasoline. Can't believe that happened but it did. The car was luckily fixable and no major damage was done. In today's world it is difficult to find an honest mechanic but he is one of the good ones. Anything I can't fix myself, I know who to go to. No question! -2/2026”

“Took my truck in for a check engine light that came and went away a couple times. The root cause was found and had a couple other maintenance procedures done as well. Andrew the service advisor that attended me maintained clear communication throughout the time of the repairs and was helpful in advising what services were needed to maintain my truck. The only issue I had with my experience is the fact that since I did not purchase my vehicle at this dealer I was not eligible for a loaner vehicle and had to pay for a rental.”
