“I needed ball joints and other repairers for my BMW. John fixed ball joints and mentioned the other repairs were not urgently needed ., but I needed to take care of them next time .I was pleased with the repairs performed . I was also happy with price as compared to other garages. John was also willing to drop off vehicle to my home due to my busy schedule. I have found a great mechanic who is not there to take money off you, but fix what is required on your vehicle. Thanks Shipley automotive garage.”

“What can I say besides today went above and beyond my expectations. My experience from the application to today coming in was how customer-centered businesses should be. Donna, let me tell you she deserves the best. I walked in explained what I wanted and was ready to make a deal today. Pedro and Donna got it done in about 30 minutes. By far the fastest experience in a dealership. After we had been told “NO” multiple times by different places, thanks to my girl Donna, I have a new to me 2023 Pacifica with low miles. They offer in-house financing as well as traditional financing. The best part since no one has mentioned it, if you have income coming from places like uber they accept it unlike other places. They do have multiple brands there as well. Definitely check them out you will not be disappointed.”

“Great customer service! Friendly and informative of the job being performed. Fast service. I showed up looking to get an estimate and I was pleased with the price. They had my truck on the lift within 5 minutes of walking in and completed the work within an hour. I was offered the opportunity to check the final work and ensure I was happy with the outcome. Definitely recommend this shop. They are knowledgeable and efficient at the work they do!”

“To walk in and put $0.00 down and walk out with a brand new K4GT - this is the ONLY place I will ever do business with! They got the payment to what I could afford and they worked fast and hard! I no longer dread buying vehicles!”

“They do great work. The only thing I don't like is they don't work weekends. you have to pay 2 days of rental car and not knowing exactly when the car will be done is hard because you don't know what to do with the rental either keep it or send it back. But other than that they do good work and I would recommend them.”

“I’ve used Brent’s for years and I have been nothing but pleased! I was in Florida on a family trip and had a misfire on my injector. I called Brent, told him the symptoms and he walked me through the problem and showed me how to fix the issue, which was electrical. Saved me over $1000 from the Disney auto care diagnosis which still would not have fixed the problem. You just don’t see that type of institutional knowledge in a mechanic these days. I will not take my trucks anywhere else!”

“Ruben and his team are fantastic! After a poor experience and botched job at another collision center Ruben and his team stepped in working with the insurance company of the person at fault in the accident and he walked the adjuster through the corrections needed, secured the payment and did a wonderful job making my suv look as good as new. They also communicated and kept me up to date on timelines throughout the repair. You’re going to experience great customer service from start to finish with this shop.”

“Took my truck in for a check engine light that came and went away a couple times. The root cause was found and had a couple other maintenance procedures done as well. Andrew the service advisor that attended me maintained clear communication throughout the time of the repairs and was helpful in advising what services were needed to maintain my truck. The only issue I had with my experience is the fact that since I did not purchase my vehicle at this dealer I was not eligible for a loaner vehicle and had to pay for a rental.”

“I have nothing but great things to say about this auto shop. I have taken 2 vehicles here for different services needed. One car had an air conditioning issue not blowing cold air. Turned out to be something simple but he did a very thorough job on the repair to make sure his work was done right the first time! Second vehicle a family member accidentally added diesel fuel to their car instead of gasoline. Can't believe that happened but it did. The car was luckily fixable and no major damage was done. In today's world it is difficult to find an honest mechanic but he is one of the good ones. Anything I can't fix myself, I know who to go to. No question! -2/2026”

“Natalie was an absolutely exceptional employee. I was involved in a hit and run and she helped guide us to what to ask and tell insurance in order to get the deductible down. The entire company was fantastic and were able to finish my car far before when they said it would be. I am so very pleased. I hope I never have to see them again but if another crash occurs they will be the company I choose to help me! Thank you!”

“I was moving from Donna Tx to Burlington Wi and just before Rosenberg Tx my radiator blew. I had my vehicle towed to this place and contacted them in the morning. David actually went and got the radiator and took care of my vehicle in a very quick manner. David was so pleasant and professional. I had my vehicle back by 330 and was able to continue my move. My vehicle is running great and I can't thank David enough for what he did. I strongly recommend Joe's Auto Service in Rosenberg Tx if you need great service. Thank you David for your help.”
