“Overall, I had a good experience with the collision center. They replaced the taillight and repaired and painted the rear bumper. The work was completed within the estimated timeframe, and I received daily updates on the repair progress
The reason I didn't give a 5 is that the paint color has a slight difference compared to the rest of the car body. However, my vehicle has a complex color, so I understand that achieving a perfect match can be challenging.”

“I got a flat tire while going to work. I called multiple places and they were quoting me no less than $160 for a replacement (I had the spare tire). I called them and they were right across the street from where I had parked my car. The guy who answered my call was really kind and helpful. He sent somebody over and they were able to get the tire replaced for me. I went over to the shop and they looked at it to see if my original tire was fixable (unfortunately it was not).

“While traveling from the Dallas area to Houston for a conference, my car threw a transmission code and I needed someone I could trust. I found this shop and was relieved they were able to get me in quickly. Matt took the time to explain what was going on, kept me updated throughout the process, and gave me an honest assessment of the situation.
What I appreciated most was that they didn't immediately push a new or remanufactured transmission. Instead, they looked at other possible causes and recommended the most reasonable next steps. Their fair pricing, attention to detail, and clear communication gave me confidence to continue my trip.
Thanks to their help, I made it safely to my conference and back home without a major repair bill. If you're looking for a transmission shop that values honesty and customer service, I would definitely recommend them.
