“i came to open a bank account and i did not have what i needed at first so i finally got what i needed and they were just about to close the day before thanksgiving and they were still able to help me out everyone was very nice and i was still able to open my account the same day it took less than an hour very easy and quick. the costumer service and my experience was a 10/10 id definitely recommend this bank to anyone the staff is amazing 🙏”
“They make you feel lie family at the Dowlen branch. The new one on Major drive doesn't seem as friendly as the branch on Dowlen. They seem kinda snobbish. They may not be but that's the impression that they give.”
