“I had an excellent experience here and can’t thank Charles, Leonel, and Mario enough for helping me out.
I was traveling from Houston and ended up in Beaumont after hitting something on the road that damaged my bumper pretty badly. I was stressed, but the team immediately stepped in and took care of everything. They were very communicative, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
Within about 30 minutes, they were able to get my bumper back into place. They worked on the brackets, adjusted everything, and secured it properly so I could get back on the road safely.
I truly appreciate their professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to help a customer who was just passing through. They made a stressful situation much easier.

“I cannot say enough great things about this body shop!!!! The amount of craftsmanship thry put into my car is unparalleled. Sarge was on top of keeping me updated on my car honestly amd letting me know when it would be ready. I feel like I've won the lottery and got a brand new car.....that's how beautiful of a job these guys did!!!! It has made me fall in love with my car all over again and appreciate it. I'm starting to think the bad reviews is just a bunch if negative energy people. You get out of folks what you put into them. I will say I was afraid of the price but the final results have made it all worth it. I'm very pleased with how I was treated talked to and kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle. “I had a huge dent on the back of my car that was the size of my hand, no scratches at all just a dent. Every single place told me that it had to be insurance claimed and it was going to cost a ton. They also said it was very hard to fix because of where it was? I was so confused because it was just a dent that you can pop back!!! Well, I decided to call here and boy they knew what they were doing!!!! He’s currently fixing my car and not a bad price at all!!! Will definitely be back!!! Thank you plastic Bumpers repair, y’all are so appreciated!!!!!Update: Looks BRAND NEW!!!!! You can’t even tell!!!! And it was all done in just a couple of hours!!!!! 10/10 recommend!!!!!!
