“I had a huge dent on the back of my car that was the size of my hand, no scratches at all just a dent. Every single place told me that it had to be insurance claimed and it was going to cost a ton. They also said it was very hard to fix because of where it was? I was so confused because it was just a dent that you can pop back!!! Well, I decided to call here and boy they knew what they were doing!!!! He’s currently fixing my car and not a bad price at all!!! Will definitely be back!!! Thank you plastic Bumpers repair, y’all are so appreciated!!!!!Update: Looks BRAND NEW!!!!! You can’t even tell!!!! And it was all done in just a couple of hours!!!!! 10/10 recommend!!!!!! “On my way to Silsbee, a deer jumped out in front of my car and it needed some pretty extensive front end-repair, so I filed a Geico claim and the nearest repair shop was Glen's Express Collision.Upon dropping it off, they communicated the process and potential estimation of completion, and since they have an Enterprise partner I was picked up from that location. It was scheduled for completion in December, a month later, but there were some issues with receiving necessary parts due to the holidays, it being a new and specialty car, and the current shortage, so it took a bit longer than anticipated. My rental was not going to be covered after the 7th of January, but since there were so many delays that were out of everyone's control, they offered to pay for the remaining 3 days that it would take to finish.Overall, I'm grateful for their communication and the work looks like I drove it fresh off the lot. I highly recommend Glen's for whatever work your vehicle needs!”

“I had the most terrible experience I think anyone could ever have in getting what should have been a simple car repair. Simply put, I watched two other couples get their repaired car before me, even though they came in after me. I was lied to when told my car was ready so I returned the rental car only to be told that I couldn’t take my car bc full payment wasn’t received from insurance company, to make matters worse, Enterprise would not pick me up nor allow me to rent the car I had just returned, needless to say I didn’t have a car to drive home in. When returning the next day to finally getting my car, I noticed a fine white powder all over the inside of my car including inside the glove box, on the seats, dash,etc., and a broken floor mat clip. My insurance adjuster called Mike Smith, they said they would call me the next day and also fix the issues… I never received a call.Services: Painting”
