My first time I'd ever going into the boot barn. I went in and bought a Kobe James hat. The man that helped me was very respectful. Very patient. Had me try on several hats. The pricing was good and I love my cowboy hat.

Decent sized store and assortment of choices. But they mainly carry cody james products exclusively over anything else.
